Visited on a Sunday evening. The drive through was backed up in both lanes but the diner was not too busy. The gentleman at the register was very polite. The order was received in a timely manner and was brought to our table. The fries were fresh and hot so that is a plus! I would recommend you visit this place for the great food and service.

I was coming home from a 12 hrs shift and I was craving a caramel frappe, when I got to the window before paying I asked the girl taking the payment if I could customize it for extra caramel drizzle and she said yes then said that the drink was already made so I said” can you just pour it into another cup all together with the whip cream I don’t mind I would love extra caramel drizzle” and she was very nice and said yes and told the other worker. I get to the window to get my frappe and this worker (with a cap and short hair) didn’t even had a name tag! was super rude you could tell this person didn’t want to work and didn’t want to provide customer service, I don’t know how this kind of person is this rude to customers like not willing to do anything. The worker gives me my frappe and I said “I just ordered it with extra caramel drizzle “ and the worker says “no you didn’t customize it” and I said “yes I did you can ask the girl in the other window when I paid” and the wrkr said “No it’s not on the receipt you didn’t pay for it you have to pay for it”and I said “no problem and gave my card” the wrkr just looks at the card and says “well I can not charge you the drizzle by it self” and I said “can you talk to the other girl because I did tell her about it and she said that it will be done” this person just kept giving me excuses all for some drizzle like really? Horrible experience! I don’t know how this person is working in customer service, I was being nice, I could’ve done a whole show but I didn’t yet you could tell this worker doesn’t want to work. I asked for extra drizzle not for a whole combo to be remade

Worst McDonald’s in the valley, rude employees , the orange juice is never available and the ice cream machine fails every time … long lines to receive the food , cold and not crunchy chicken nuggets.. they must learn how to operate the business or hire a better personal… ask for help to the McDonald’s on 10th st near the mall .. those are the best ..

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEY TAKE FOREVER TO BRING OUT ONE MCDOUBLE AND TELL ME TO DRIVE FOWARD. I ALSO ORDERED NUGGETS AND NO BARBECUE SAUCE WAS GIVEN NOR NAPKINS & KETCHUP. This is literally the worst Mcdonalds! I Reward my son once a week if he does good in school with a happy meal. If it isn’t one thing it is another. I can’t go through drive thru because they get the order wrong. Can’t get curbside or else you need to get off the vehicle yourself. I can’t go inside because they say they don’t allow you to pick a generic toy or the main toy when on the app it gives you two options. So sad we finally get a location close to our house and they literally make me hate McDonald’s.

The managers here harass their employees. If an employee tries to quit they won’t give them their checks. Are would straight tell them they can’t give their 2 weeks notice because supposedly they have a contract. Employees can’t bring any beverages unless it’s water because any other type the managers throw them away and tells them tj drink water that is dirty.
