Very poorly managed they take forever for a fast food place 3 other people got their food before us with bigger bags *I only got a large fry and 2 cheeseburgers* I thought since we were getting it after them they would at least be hot , but they were the opposite, they were barely even warm, they squished my burger, and didn’t give the proper amount of fries for what I paid for and they were also just as cold and soggy. Worst McDonald’s in the RGV! Avoid it it’s not worth your time and money!

Placed a mobile order at McDonald’s 10 minutes before arriving, thinking it would save me time. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes in the store for my food and all I ordered was one burger and fries.
When I finally received my order, they had forgotten the fries entirely, so I had to go back up and ask for them. To make things worse, when they gave me the large fries, the container was only half full. Really disappointing.
I get that things can get busy, but this was just poor service all around — long wait, missing items, and short portions.

Don’t do curbside unless you want to wait forever for someone to realize you’re there. And you’ll only get the food late, nothing extra for their mistake. I didn’t even get everything I ordered. Customer service is lacking, management is too relaxed

Ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and cheese combo, got a regular meat with cold fries. Tried to call to fix it and just got voicemail. Spoke to Luis the next day who corrected the problem with a new meal the way that I ordered it. Still disappointed in the meat patty sizes but oh well.

Horrible curbside service. 3 mochas and a Carmel coffee……25 minutes and had to ask for a refund. Hadn’t stopped in a McDonald’s since deleting my app at the Elsa on because of poor service. We will never again buy anything from this franchise. They should pay for my gas

Unacceptable Experience with Mobile Ordering and Breakfast Hours

I placed a mobile order for breakfast through the McDonald’s app during valid breakfast hours, only to arrive at the drive-through and be told, after waiting in line, that breakfast was no longer being served—and that my order would not be fulfilled.

Not only was I charged for a meal I never received, but I was also left dealing with a disappointed and crying child in the back seat—something no parent should have to go through over something as simple as a breakfast order. The app should not accept breakfast orders if the location is going to arbitrarily cut off service before fulfilling existing, valid orders.

This was a frustrating, poorly handled experience that shows a clear disconnect between the mobile app and store-level operations. I expect better from a brand as established as McDonald’s, and I hope steps are taken to prevent this kind of thing from happening to other families.
