Even if it doesn’t have a play ground for kids it has a table with lights on it. the quality of the food is great, and the taste of the soft drink is tasty as well. We didn’t experienced any trouble placing the order in the kiosk and we waited no time to get our order. The restrooms are clean and the service is good.

Im a daily customer at Bocachica and 14th in Brownsville drove by this location on 12/31/25 at about closing time, asked for 2 daily doubles, both fries were missing called to let them know on next day, they asked for receipt in order to replace the meal…I wasn’t asking for anything other than the missing fries, but to no avail. Apart from this bad experience, this will be my last time at this location.

Worst customer service. Was the only customer at the register still took 10 minutes to get someone to help me get my order. They some how lost my order and refused to just make it again. Made me reorder and didn’t honor the same price as app even though it was their fault.

Wet floor signs all over the place, a little dirty. Employees walk over the trash and don’t bother to pick it up. They also got the happy meal completely wrong. But they fixed the problem once addressed. Staff is friendly just need more situation awareness. I would come back again though.

Horrible service I ask for buffalo sauce and BBG and the employee rolled her eyes and made a face to me. I found that very disrespectful. I also had ask for a fresh hot in spicy and when I received my order it was supper dry.
