I ordered 2- 10 piece chicken nuggets, a basket of fries and 2 drinks. The fries were good because I ordered with no salt so they have no choice but to make fresh.
The 2 – 10 piece nuggets were in a 20 PC box, which is okay until I counted the nuggets and there were only 16 and a random piece of something in the box.

Not to mention the bottome of the sweet and sour sauces were nasty and they put them in the basket of fries.

Live near so go to a lot always have problems with employees forgetting items today I ordered a 20 piece a basket of fries and two five dollar bundles ended up with a 20 piece to medium fries one small two burgers and one 4 count nugget , is going to ignore that, but then bit into my nuggets and found out they were raw.. employees always have a sour attitude and are constantly seen outside smoking. Worst McDonald’s in area by far.

This is ridiculous. Always something about this store. My mobile app doesn’t work half the time for this location. Something always wrong with order. Curbside takes forever and just bad. Like right now. Been at the intercom at 10:05pm some lady said “let me change out battery” and never answered again. I waited for 20 min and now in the inside and still nothing. I pulled up around 3 AM because this location advertises that it’s open 24 hours, and the app even showed that it was open. When I got to the drive-thru, they told me they couldn’t serve food. This isn’t the first time either, it’s happened multiple times. At that point it just feels like false advertising. If the store isn’t actually serving customers at certain hours, then the hours should be updated instead of wasting people’s time. Driving there just to be turned away over and over again is frustrating. This is honestly trash service, and after this experience I’m probably never coming back to this location again.

5 stars for food and Atmosphere. Plenty of room to eat-in. Don’t order from uber-eat for delivery unless what you want isn’t among the popular items ordered in quantity it won’t get filled. Even the poor Uber driver is left standing around wondering why his/her pickup is taking too long. Out of multiple orders place for delivery I have had 3 get cancelled, 1 swapped items on order for what I really didn’t want that day.
If you take out at least you can get it right away.

Took my grandchildren for lunch at the 5503 northwest loop location it was fast friendly Food was at right temperature and dining room was clean the nice young team member did not get her name but was friendly and well organized . By the way our tray was brought out to our table . I hope things change at this location reading all those bad reviews.we had a good experience here.

I honestly never write reviews, but this location has frustrated me enough that I felt like I had to say something.

This McDonald’s claims to be open 24 hours, but that’s honestly a joke. I’ve tried coming here multiple times between 3–4 AM, and every single time I get the same excuse: “Sorry, we can’t serve you right now” or “We’re closed.”

If you’re not actually open 24 hours, then stop advertising that you are and update the app. It’s extremely frustrating to place an order, drive all the way there, and then be told they can’t serve you.

This has happened to me more than once, which is why I stopped going to this location for a while. I gave it another chance and the exact same thing happened again.

Either run the store the way it’s advertised or change the hours so customers aren’t wasting their time and money.

I went to this McDonald’s on February 22nd and I ordered me 2 mcchicken sandwiches and they were old like they had been sitting their for a while so I couldn’t eat them and then again today I went to order me 2 mcchicken sandwiches again and once again they were old so I wasn’t able to eat them and I tried calling to talk to the mgr and no one answers the phone. Y’all need to start making yalls fóod fresh or y’all will lose my business

Sat at a table for 20 minutes waiting for our food, and was brought someone else’s meal. Ended up having to go stand at the pick up counter and stare into the kitchen to get the food I ordered. No napkins, no ice in the drink machine, bathrooms are restricted and I couldn’t go pee without feeling like I was hassling the employees for a key. It’s been a long time since I was in a McDonald’s, but it wasn’t a great experience. Maybe just use the drive-through if you visit this location.

We came through here on a busy dinner rush three days before Christmas. Our initial iced coffee was missing paid extras, totally understandable. Went inside to rectify it and much to my appreciation, Dez took ownership of the situation and made an effort to clget us what we paid for with a friendly and professional attitude.
