Ordered twice from this area , with their night shift. Both times bullshit. I was missing 75 percent of my order. And the delivery driver told me they said they were able to provide a refund. When it came time to do so they were unable to do anything supposedly and I was told I would need to contact dash support. I don’t even have doordash. Low and behold door dash was no help either. And I call this restaurant about my order and theyre unable to do anything. Ordered a classic quarter pounder pack. And 20 nuggets with fries and a flurry and large frappe. But theyre machine was “down for cleaning” and I got no flurry or frappe upon arrival or my 20 piece with fries. And was missing a 10 piece from the quarter pounder pack.

I was happy with how quick I got my food. I ordered on the app. However, the younger girl with blue hat and black sweater could use some customer service training. I arrived, nice older lady in yellow handed me my bag. I decided to order a beverage. The girl who called my name and handed the beverage to me was rude. I smiled and said thank you. She said nothing at all. She threw the whole experience off. Whoever hired her should write a PiP. If she doesn’t feel up to the challenge of greeting the customers, she should stay in the back. I’m on my way to work, I’d like to keep my spirits up.

I went to the drive thru and ordered. Then went to the first window to pay, asked me to go to the second window to get my order. At the second window I was asked to pull to the third window to wait for my order. I waited at the third window while 6 cars went thru the 2nd window. I finally backed up after 10 minutes since there were no more cars and they looked surprised and I said you told me to wait at the 3rd window and I never recieved my order. They look at me and said oh did you orders , and I said yes and then they finally made my order and I left. I will not be going back to this McDonald’s again.

Great place and very friendly. Very clean and hospitable. Great coffee served with great smiles. I think breakfast here is a must. Not usually in this area but it’s McDonald’s. Thank you Tina not sure if that’s your name but asked what you wanted here on this review and I can’t remember but it’s okay you are very helpful and deserve a big raise..lol

This location has their lobby very clean along with the restrooms. Employees and managers were very nice and helped me efficiently. When I had arrived there was not much of rush so I was able to order my food and efficiently recieved it in a timely manner. I seen a few individuals utilizing the Kiosk inside to interact less with the McDonald’s Employees. Employees are wearing their masks to help ensure health safety for employees and patrons alike. As I was entering, I did notice that there were Two Divided Lanes for drive-thru with an employee outside helping out with orders. I noticed some people picking up their food along with others waiting for their deliveries as they are some type of courrier like Uber or Doordash. Men’s restroom was clean at the time I was there. Also, there was security; but was told they are their for certain days. Overall my experience is good. Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone who wants to have a family day at McDonald’s.

The food is really good be careful when asking for your order because these people can’t listen right and be ready to wait for a long time just to get your cup and straw usually I don’t leave any reviews but I had to for this one the service at this McDonald’s is mediocre at best…….

Placed order on the app. Got there and parked.. took over 20 minutes and order never came out. I went inside and they handede my order.. everything was cold.. hope it’s a one off. I’ve had good service there before..

Food was good and the staff were good, however they did forget two items and I insisted on them confirming everything was in the bags and they promised me it was in there and they let me down. I hope they see this and take their time next go around with customers.
