I eat here every other day sometimes every day since they brought the snack wraps back so out of 60+ visits I’ve had maybe 2 not so great experiences. Honestly one of the better locations in my opinion. The lady the works majority of the morning drive thru shifts is absolutely pleasant to deal with every time.

It supposed to be a fast food restaurant here they took forever to make your order, I ordered online 20 minutes before I arrived to the store, and they already have a long line and I still here waiting another 25 minutes to ask for my order from the drive thru, I see they don’t know how to manage this business

Currently writing this review while waiting in the drive thru line.
Every time I go to this location it is backed up with people. Especially at dinner time, it takes at least 15 minutes to even get to the order window. Then I’m always asked to park in a numbered spot and further wait for my food. It’s never easy.
Also the parking lot is super small and it’s crowded with 30+ cars. Half of the cars are sitting there waiting for their food. People can’t get out of the lot.

Very bad experience I every had at McDonald’s store # 19174 inside of the stre is nasty and dirty tables are not clean the floors not clean also drink station not clean took to long to get my food. The manager and the employees are using file language inappropriate language while working and on the clock in front of the customers.

Waited 20 min for my order, for the rude young man to hand thrust the torn bags in my hand with warm fries and missing sauce for my nuggets,(which is the norm at this location), slammed the window shut immediately, it before checking it was right or me being able to ask for what I needed. I knocked on the window, which went ignored. There’s ALWAYS an issue, always a wait (even without a line), and it seems to be always chaoticly busy with no managing corrective actions at THIS location. I’d think by now after years of bad reviews and complaints, the owners of this location would improve their service instead of capitalism, but as long as people continue to frequent the convenience of this location, I guess not.

McDonald’s has a major problem with the McDonald’s app. if you place a order with them using your application please make sure you get a email receipt. order on the app and went to go pick up the order and accused of not placing the order and paying for it. lucky i have proof of purchase but still waited over 20 minutes for the order. no apologies or explanation for what really happened but the manager and staff doesn’t care. it seems like McDonald’s technically supports doesn’t know how to fix it either but honestly what do you except from a fast food restaurant. spending 20.00 for 1 person and waiting for 20 minutes for your food i can see why McDonald’s is hurting for business.
filled a feed back with the corporate office before writing the reviews and 24 hours later still nothing.
it’s seems like the only thing the owner tells you is to contact McDonald’s support however doesn’t do anything because you never get contacted and neither the owner or corporate will never ever fix the real reason which is customer service at there restaurant.

The atmosphere is highly depressing. Crew members are highly disrespectful. I kindly asked on of the members if they can help me read the menu, and they just looked at me in disgust and proceeded to read the menu with attitude to me. Next thing is the food. I asked for a quarter pound with cheese and instead i took a womderful bite and to look inside the burger was still red, tasting uncooked.

Quality is not what it used to be and this location always gets our order wrong. Ordered 6 piece nugget kids meal with extra fries and golden sauce. Waited 10 mins and then when I got home it was 4 piece nugget with sweet and sour sauce. I asked for extra fries instead of apples and just got 1 small fries, no apples or extra fries. Getting tired of their lack of quality or care in the job they do.

Whoever made my burger on September 14th, 2024 at 2:00 pm is awesome the food was hot, fries crispy, and coke perfectly carbonated. The team working tonight did an awesome job. Thank you
Whoever made my burger on July 15, 2024 at 21:30 (9:30pm) gave me a sloppy mess. There was oil throughout, the box, the bag even had drip strains, and the bun was soggy.
Everything else I ordered was fine.

I got home started eating open 2nd half of the sandwich and found green all over the egg.
To add insult to the situation the young man that had drive through head set on starters interjecting in the conversation with the manager. I then stepped to the Screen to order a sprite the same young man what’s talking about the situation using profanity. I told the manager I could hear everything he was saying she said yeah she knew and that she would take care of it. Long story short. I ordered a meal sausage Mc griddle with green eggs on it and I get cursed about by the young man in the front of the store. Nice good work McDonald’s.
