Due to not repeating my order my order was wrong. When I addressed it at the second window the manager was not only rude but condescending. I swear it was the twilight zone. Then when I got home, our burgers were alright and I had to laugh about my fries. It’s McDonald’s it use to be cheap filling food but now it’s not cheap for still blah food. lesson learn.

We always dine in for breakfast here when we have errands to do. Walter and the Supervisor Elsa are very helpful and courteous. They are both an asset to the company. We moved from San Diego to Texas and they never once brought out our food to our table. So it was a nice experience each time we come in. Food was great!

The staff and the management is rude. The older female manager seems like she doesn’t like her job. Always walking around with an attitude and will not hesitate to give u attitude when u ask for something. She slams your food on the counter and walks away. I order my food thru the app and went up there to pick up my food. The whole staff just ignored me and the other ppl waiting. One guy asked to speak to the manager and she came to the counter. He asked about his food and she said it’s coming be patient all rude. And threw his food on the counter. This location needs to do something with the whole staff they all have attitudes and are rude.

It was late, I had a long day from working and needed to get something to eat. I order a Quarter Pounder Combo- waited in line easily 15-20 before getting to the window to pay for my order. Then after paying I drove up the 2nd window only for a young man who was leaning as if he was bored or tired of being at work and while on his phone…nonchalantly handed me my food and drink out the window ONLY FOR ME TO REALIZE AFTER DRIVING AWAY THAT ABSOLUTELY ALL OF MY FOOD WAS COLD!! RIDICULOUS! – It wouldn’t even matter about calling back to the store because you only get the Manager on duty, who knows the food was COLD, who apologies but NOTHING IS DONE.

Young girl in drive thru was rude as all get out. I will definitely never be back to this location. Not only was she rude, after waiting almost 20 minutes for our food off to the side, our food was cold and the burgers were pink in the middle. Kids wouldn’t even eat the fries or the chicken nuggets saying they were cold and hard. Money definitely wasted.
