First no one greeted us at the drive thru we had to say “hello” to get someone to take our order. Then we got to the pay window and were told “yes?” As they seemed confused why we were there. We asked them how much the meal was and they told us they didn’t have our order. I also ordered a sweet tea but was given unsweetened tea with sugar thrown inside of it. This isn’t sweet tea and I would have rather been told there wasn’t sweet tea then be given this concoction.

I did not receive my full order ($50 order for my family). I was missing a large fry from a Big Mac meal for my husband. I was missing a basket of fries for my daughter. I was missing the honey packets for her chicken nuggets. Because it was delivery through the McD’s App, I could not get a hold of the place of order … and I tried calling multiple times.

Came through the drive through one night, had a hankering for some Mickeys. Hadn’t even gotten my food yet and Zachs already knocking it outta the park. Just a stand up guy. Asks how im doing, asks a question about the order to make sure theres no mistakes. Hes just the kinda guy that goes the extra mile, and he does it all with a smile, its 11 pm hes probably tired and hes still kicking it. Anyway the foods great, I was writing this in the drive through and just got my stuff, its all as expected. Delish^. Its your usual mcdonalds, but its guys like Zack that keep me coming back

I have been a long time customer of this location. My last order was not just wrong, it was wrong in a way that a cook was clearly speaking to me through the food. It said “I hate my job. I am going to make it how you asked for, but in rediculus proportions. Here is a mountain of mayo and 3 shreds of lettuce for your mayo-lettuce only burger. Order special food again, I dare you”. Not to mention i had to turn around twice, first because the sauces for my 20 piece nuggets were not present, and then because of the burger. Luckily while I was there, the management were very nice and helped me. But upon my second return, I just asked for refund because the explanation for the food was “the cooks are burnt out.” So, I just dont trust this kitchen staff anymore.

No cars in drive-thru… because they have to park every single car. Even for a $5 order. It’s the illusion of fast. This place is ridiculously slow. Then they have everyone park in front of the store where there is no room. You could be the only customer here and they would still pull you up and park you.

If you come to this mcdonalds, be prepared to have yohr time wasted. This mcdonalds is insanely slow, everytime I’ve ate here. They dont have people wait in line, they just have park and wait a good 20 to 30 minutes for your food.

Twice a week because it’s convenient and each week. It’s always something. The older takes 10-15 minutes to come out and then it’s wrong and then you gotta go back inside and then you gotta go back inside. That takes another 10 minutes is just chaos, but I did see an employee make his bag of food for himself before he left, was pretty simple for him.

Probably one of the worst managed McDonald’s I’ve been to. I live close to here so visit only for last resort. They always mess up the orders, have broken machines for weeks (sprite & ice cream) and always take so long for an order. Recently, they wanted to charge me extra for a lemonade because their sprite machine was broken. I don’t know how that happens, but I originally wanted a sprite with my meal, but their machine was broken. I asked for a sprite and they were going to charge me extra for the lemonade. They said to me, you are ordering a lemonade and there is an extra charge. No I was ordering a sprite, but my second option is the lemonade. I ended up leaving with a Fanta instead. Only go to this one if you can’t visit the one on 1604& &i-10, fm 78, or the one at 3009.

Worked location ever! To never have anything you sit in the drive through with 3 cars for 30 minutes while they joke around in there. It’s unsanitary in there. Manager yells out loud at everybody. And inside getting arguments with customers, disrespecting them. Never, ever coming back to this location again.It’s freaking gross

I have been going to this location a lot and my experience is usually good but today at around 4:10pm 10/15/25 at the drive thru second window the staff was rude, had an attitude and closed the window on me and the staff next to her was laughing as soon as the window closed! How rude! I have never encountered a rude staff like her. Didn’t get her name though or I would include the name here.
