Came in from out of state just to eat at Cindi’s NY Deli & Restaurant in Dallas, TX and it did NOT disappoint. The chicken club with fries was absolutely on point — stacked high, fresh, full of flavor, and the fries were hot, crispy, and addicting. Loved that they kept the water coming with unlimited refills too — huge plus. The pancakes looked amazing but were a little dry, which was the only downside. Overall, still a great meal and I’d 100% come back and recommend this place to anyone visiting Dallas.

Today was my first time trying this place. It was the absolutely best NY pastrami I’ve ever had. The meat was so tender and the rye bread was very soft. The side I picked was potato salad and it didn’t disappoint.
10 out of 10
And yes I ate the entire sandwich because it was that good.

Expect a wait but the food is great! They definitely get everything out pretty fast. Pancakes are thick and delicious. Salmon scramble was awesome with egg whites. Bagels! 10/10!

Classic deli in many ways and glad I finally made it in. Friendly service, just lively enough on a Saturday morning for that deli vibe n the small open dining area w a variety of seating, but no classic counter service though. Was happy to have a generous portion of lox w my toasted bagel, and the drip coffee was piping hot and fresh. Also was happy that they had grits as all southern deli’s should!

Absolutely loved this place. Happened to be in town this weekend and found this place online. I loved the deli vibe. I got the club sandwich at 9am and the wife got strawberry pancakes which were huge! This place literally was the perfect start to the day! Can’t recommend more if you’re in the downtown Dallas area!!!

I had breakfast at Cindy’s New York Delicatessen here in Dallas, and wow — it did not disappoint! The Hala French Toast was absolutely amazing — perfectly soft, slightly sweet, and cooked to perfection. The bacon was crispy and flavorful, and the corned beef hash was one of the best I’ve had — hearty, savory, and packed with that classic deli flavor.
Our server, Christian, was amazing — attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome the entire time. The service really elevated the whole experience.
The atmosphere has that authentic New York deli vibe while still feeling cozy and inviting. Whether you’re craving a classic breakfast or just want to treat yourself, Cindy’s is definitely a spot worth visiting. I’ll 100% be coming back!

Cindi’s NY Deli & Restaurant is a solid downtown spot when you want something fresh and satisfying. I had coffee and a fruit plate, and both were excellent — fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. Service was excellent as well, attentive without being overbearing.
The place has a classic city diner vibe, which feels authentic, though it’s worth noting that the neighborhood isn’t the safest part of Dallas. Pricing felt fair for a downtown location, and overall it was a positive experience.
I’d recommend Cindi’s to anyone looking for a good diner-style breakfast or light meal in the city. I’ll definitely return.

Great diner near our hotel. Gave us the old rustic feel. Service was fast and they served good hot black coffee.

Pancakes were fantastic, refills on coffee. Eggs over-easy, sausage links and hash was great. Service was lovely. Fairly busy on a Sunday morning (a good sign). Got a poppy seed bagel with cream cheese to take out (they had no low-fat cream cheese ) which I enjoyed later on. Would recommend
