Very poor customer service at this location. I understand nobody’s on their a game everyday. However pulling into the drive-thru and sitting for 5 minutes with nobody even acknowledging your existence is not the way you expect to be treated at McDonald’s. When you’re just trying to hit the drive-thru at the end of a long hard day you expect to wait a little bit but not to be ignored entirely very disappointing this is a nice neighborhood but the customer service at this location has been poor for the 5 years I’ve been coming here

Today, I felt really bad about the service at this location, especially from the manager. The cashier made a mistake on my order, charging me $7 instead of $11. I realized the mistake when they handed me my food, and it was clearly an error from the cashier. I was willing to pay the remaining amount and wait to see what needed to be done. I understand that if I didn’t pay the missing amount, the employee might have to cover the difference due to their mistake.
While I was waiting in my car, the manager opened the door and told me I had to pay an extra $4, using a tone and look as if it was my fault. When I handed over my card to pay the $4 as requested, the manager rudely walked away without apologizing for the poor service and their behavior. I then asked another employee who that person was, and they told me it was their manager. That was truly shameful of her.

You know what to expect for food, so nothing really to say here other than where else can you eat now for under $10 for 2 people. Service is great at this location. Friendly, fast, and accurate when helping.
The only real issue is that the play area is in terrible shape. Paint worn off all the play structures, anything electronic (like the giant piano) either doesn’t work at all or glitches. Seats ripped in half the booths. Overall, this area looks filthy too, so definitely wouldn’tlet my kid be barefoot here and wipe their hands after they play. I’m not the type to do this kind of review, but I’m hoping they redo this area if they get enough feedback.

Ordered and payed for supersize meal and got what looked like just medium fries and wife’s fille-o-fish sandwich was super skinny and big mac patties are smaller than usual so disappointed to pay for supersize meal and get 1/2 a meal didn’t go return order only cause we were already home. We always got good service before and today was just such a disappointment!! I guess prices go up and food servings get smaller!!!

Ordered a spicy chicken burger that they charge five dollars for that wouldn’t even fill up an eight year old. They use the smallest and cheapest ingredients. My advice is to pay the same price for a higher quality chicken sandwich that’s THREE times bigger at Chic-fil-A right down the street. Don’t give McDonald’s your money. It’s not worth it.

This morning stopped in to use restroom, and meet the manager in restroom. I was polite to her and said good morning. Unfortunately I was not treated the same way , she gave a disgusting look after she looked me up and down. I was shocked to be treated like that.

Worst service ever!!! Ordered on the app and when I came to pick it up no one answered the intercom. Has to drive up to the window to a girl on her phone then ignored me when trying to get her attention. I had to honk my horn then she looked me and walked away smiling!!! WTH! Them finally opened the window and didn’t understand when I said I had a mobile order. She told me to drive up to the reserved spot. By the time I got my food for me and 4 kids it was cold!!! Never coming here again!!!

I mean, if you go to McDonald’s you kinda know how the food will taste. Some things are good. Others not so much.
This McDonald’s is always friendly. Nice people working here. I always go inside and order on the kiosk. And sit patiently for my meal. Which usually arrives promptly.
The food is good. It’s what you expect from McDonalds.

Horrible.
To begin with, all drinks were out of service; No drinks.
The food took FOREVER even though it was completely empty and no line in the drive through. When we got our food, it was warm at best.
All the seats were sticky, stained and dirty; Terrible lobby upkeep.
The ketchup dispenser was filthy and out of cups to refill with.
Fries were stale and bland.
Only good part is that my 10 piece came with one extra nugget. That’s why it’s 2 stars.
