I am never one to make reviews but I can’t keep going to this McDonalds and experience great service and not spread the word. I travel every weekend and I typically make this my stop before taking my long drive. Not over exaggerating, I have never stopped at this location and everything they handed me wasn’t fresh. The fries are always piping hot and my burgers fresh. 10/10 great job!

We don’t each out much anymore, but once in awhile it’s nice to grab something you haven’t had in quite awhile.
We ordered breakfast yesterday, and being I’m more limited on what I can have… they gave us someone else’s order (we ordered a few egg McMuffins with hash browns). I posted a photo of what we ended up with… not even close.
The young lady at the drive-thru window had the biggest scowl on her face and didn’t even acknowledge me when I happily said I hope you have a great day. We all have bad days, but at least be polite instead of just shoving the bag out of the window.
Also, it would be good to pay closer attention when you hand out the order. If we ever go back, I’ll also be more diligent to check things. We threw nearly everything away, and I made myself oatmeal at home which is likely what I just should’ve done in the first place.
I tried calling three times yesterday to let them know, but no one ever answered the phone.

I enjoyed my sausage biscuit and hash browns breakfast. It was served up nice and hot. Friendly staff too.
Notice I get a double sausage patty sandwich. So good !!

I’m not really a fan of McDonald’s but my kids love the breakfast and 10 piece nugget meals and ofc the milk shakes whenever the machines aren’t broken this place was actually great compared to all the McDonald’s back at home. Fast, friendly and warm

Where do I start? This Mc Donald’s has gone down. Every time we come, there is always something wrong. We were at the drive through and the Hispanic girl who was taking our order yelled on the speaker saying she needed help!! She was so unprofessional and she had my husband repeat our order 3 times because she couldn’t get it right!! Then when we got home my daughter was not happy because her hot and spicy were not made correctly and my other daughter was missing her apples. This is the last time we ordered from there.

Great experience as usual. This is the best McDonald in the greater San Antonio and Hill country area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Almost never have a problem with my order. And if I do, it is quickly and happily corrected. I can’t emphasize enough how awesome the staff are. Also, this is THE CLEANEST McDonald’s I’ve been to in years. They also have a near perfect score from the health department.

I ordered my meal through Uber eats because I was on the job site and I could not leave until the other technician could come so I thought that I would order through my Uber eats it came at a fashionable time, and I thank the Uber driver for driving in the rain. What I won’t forget or forgive is the rude customer service in McDonald’s especially management team member pass the phone to management who I do not have her name but I will say she has blue hair. I told her that my burger came with some wax film that they usually put on patties as they come out of the grill and I was explain to her that this happened and that they should check in their burgers in case this is happening to someone else, or if their tray liners are not being replaced after every use instead as per her words are you serious right now? Are you sure it’s not the cardboard from the burger box itself? No, ma’am it is not the containment cardboard from the burger it literally came from the patty. I replied, yet she got upset when I told her would you like me to send you a photo to show you how it looks like because I am at work. I cannot make it out there. She says no you may not send me this photo and I will not take this call as she hangs up. One thing I hate is rude service. I was about a mile away. So when I showed up to this McDonald’s after she blatantly told me that they were super busy. There was about two people in the lobby, one vehicle drive thru right there so she could’ve taken the time to address situation, when I get to her, she has her face shocked and surprised that I would show up. Not not a Kevin but a concerned I told her your customer service you just did is the wrong way that is rude unprofessional I was not asking for a refund, but stating to you as a concern customer that something else could have happen. But hanging up on the customer and acting like they will not show up to your store because it’s an Uber meal and then might not have a vehicle to show up to your location. Surprise surprise after talking to the Store manager and let you know the interaction with her assistant manager I told her it’s best to fire her and get rid of her because if she’s going to continue to feel entitled to talk to customers at any point in time that she spoke to me you’ll lose business and they’re gonna get worse with you, I will say this the general manager did replace my meal though I did not ask for a refund replacement. She insisted on it. She also insisted that she was going to teach the proper etiquette to that assistant manager. I can’t tell you how I hate baf customer service I work in the customer service industry not restaurant but a big part of it. I know what it is to talk to a customer when they be rude, obnoxious polite, endearing or confused , nobody should be treated any different than with great customers Service.

I would give this place a negative if I could. Not only did they mess my order up, they sent me with a RAW burger. Called the restaurant, took 3 tries to get somone that could barely speak English, then got a manager, said I could go back and get a new burger… don’t think I’m going to waste my gas money to get another bad meal since this is not the first time it has happened. Seems like all McDonald’s have gone down hill.
