I ordered several coffees in the kiosk machine I put special instructions but it didn’t let put what I wanted so I pay upfront to let the girl know that I wanted my creamer and sugar on the side I’ll make my own coffee and she told me sorry we can’t give you the creamer on the side I told her I just went to Jacamen during the week ordered mobile and the girl didn’t just take my coffee to my car she offered memore creamers and sugar I was surprised that’s customer service. To top it off I told the girl to give me the sugar on the side when I get my order my coffee was made. Never coming back!

Place is disgusting not clean at all and they have no sense of customer service in this restaurant and they leave your food over in a counter and we as customers have to ask if that is our order what is the point of getting a number at the table if they don’t even bother to bring your food over to the table There is no Manager who has control in this specific location bad service over all

Ordered two simple drinks, a smoothie and a strawberry shake. Lady who took my order seem uninterested, and didn’t even tell us they had no strawberry flavor. I paid my order and got chocolate instead, even when I double asked if it was a strawberry shake before paying. The gentleman in cashier had no problem in changing the flavor but damn if you don’t want to work don’t clock in.

If I could give a negative star I would. I placed an online order on the mcds app and used 6000 it’s to get my husband a big Mac who was in laredo for work and when he got there they kept giving him attitude saying there’s no order under my name. I said yes there is because I have a receipt for it in my email. I called them myself but all they spoke was Spanish and they told me the same that they had no order. I confirmed the address they said yes but still they said there was no order. I called the corporate office and they said they can’t give me the points back. Really? So they just get my free stuff then and then wanna act stupid…

Ketchup from the ketchup dispenser was bad. Tasted fermented. Makes you wonder the cleanliness from the kitchen. Also, bought two pieces of bacon for nearly $2, and they literally just cut one slice in half and sold it as 2 pieces. Horrible place to go eat. All this happened very early in the morning, imagine at rush hour.

I ordered my food online 20 min before to get it picked up and i wait in the curbside for 30 min and NOTHING, i didn’t even get a receipt on the app or anything, just a waste of my time and money. It was just a simple burger n fries i dunno how they can mess this up that badly, i want my money back.
