First, I NEVER go to McDonald’s but I was traveling and looking for a pitstop and thought I would grab some hot fries and get back on the road. After waiting over 7 minutes when there was no other customers inside or at the drive through (now I understand that) the clerk told me they were waiting on hot fries…2 minutes later she handed me a bag and I went to resume my travels. Wait… the fries were lukewarm at best, greasy… and back inside I went. I finally got the attention of the manager, requested a refund. McDonald’s is not for me. You’ll go ahead and feed your children this fast food and good luck with that. I’ll keep driving right past McDonald’s EVERY TIME.

Everything was well cooked and hot. The coffee was fresh at about 9:45 a.m and they got our order right. It wasn’t service with a smile or warm-fuzzies. But I wouldn’t hesitate to drop back in for a bite.

I am a DoorDash driver and I like to make sure the orders are filled properly and no missing items . The first girl at the counter was more than obliged to show me the order was all there before she sealed it but another employee by the name of Amber seemed to not like that request. She did not want to verify the order with me and argued with the other employee about doing so. She seemed like she was very overwhelmed working under pressure. As I was waiting several people from drive thru and dining room came to the counter and said they were missing items and told me to make sure the order was right because it never is from this store. Girl drive-through was rude from the get-go made me pull up to the first reserve drive-through spot and no one else was in line. I said please bring me ketchup and salt. She said OK all rude. Order was incorrect. Phones the store multiple times to no avail. The phone was never answered. The money I spent was waited as well as the order. The nearest McDonald’s to my home is 70 miles away. So we consider eating at a McDonald’s a treat.

Ordered 2 ice cream cones and a medium fry. Sat down to wait, got my fries about 3 minutes later. Still waiting on just TWO cones. Went up to ask the cashier about them and he said that he would get in trouble for making them and if he asked somebody in the back he would get yelled at. Five minutes went by and then he just decided to make them anyway. Cashier was very well mannered and nice, but as for the rest of the staff very disrespectful towards their cashier. Very uncalled for by the staff, they should learn how to treat their coworkers better because it looks very unprofessional to customers. They were saying that they didn’t care about making our ice cream cans when we literally paid for them and waited about 10 minutes for them. Literally just two ice cream cones. We drive from fredericksburg to eat here. It’s worth the drive. We normally order our burgers with no salt and the fries. Believe me we love the taste of salt but we have to cut back on it. Never is it a problem here. Everyone so nice. The manager Amanda! Just know when she’s there you will never be disappointed. Food great!! Fresh and served with a smile. It’s worth the drive. I recommend this place
