I hadn’t been to Chili’s in a few years, but now I completely understand what the new hype is all about! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt more vibrant, and the service was warm and attentive.
I ordered the ribeye steak with shrimp, paired with Mexican rice and broccoli — and it was absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly, juicy and flavorful, and the shrimp added just the right touch of savory richness. The rice had a great kick, and the broccoli was fresh with a nice bite to it.
Chili’s definitely surprised me in the best way. I’ll be back much sooner this time!

First time at this location. Was greeted with a smile. My wife and I sat at the bar to have a drink and the bartender John was very kind and started off the night for us with a smile. Very quickly we were sat and are server Ashley was outstanding. She recommended a pasta with chicken that was great and a chocolate dessert which was one of the best I’ve ever had. The manager at Gusto came by the table to check up on us which was a very nice touch. Overall great experience. Great food great service and very clean. We will definitely return with pleasure

Update 4-10-25 After my last visit 2 months ago I will no longer be returning to this Chili’s. My whole meal, everything on the plate including the broccoli was OVER SALTED, (not just a little) and it was only on my food. Message received.
Update 11-22-24 under 60 seconds. Normal service from Wes.
Newer update. 8-2-24 still never miss.

I had an amazing experience thanks to our waiter, Wes! He provided some of the best service I’ve ever had — friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. Our food came out super fast and was piping hot, just the way it should be. Wes made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend asking for Wes next time you visit!

Every Chili’s location has its issues. When it comes to the location in Miramar, this one is definitely one of the better locations. The server was prompt and courteous. In addition, the food was so delicious. My family and I would definitely return to Chili’s with an empty stomach. Lol.

Mommy & Me Lunch—Great Food, But Service Missed the Mark
I recently went to Chili’s for a mommy-and-me lunch with my daughter, and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. My daughter ordered the Mac n’ Cheese with corn on the cob, which she enjoyed. For appetizers, I got the Southwestern Eggrolls (Crispy flour tortillas with chicken, black beans, corn, jalapeño Jack cheese, red peppers, spinach) that came with avocado-ranch. They were crispy and flavorful, definitely a highlight of the meal.
For my main course, I opted for the 3 for $10.99 Chicken Crispers and swapped the regular fries for Texas Cheese Fries (shredded cheese, jalapeños, green onions, house-made ranch, no bacon). The food was decent, but here’s where the experience took a downturn. The deal is supposed to come with chips and salsa, which the server never brought and I had to remind her while asking if she can give it to me to take home. The service overall was extremely slow despite the restaurant being almost empty during lunch.
To top it off, the server never asked if I wanted a refill on my strawberry lemonade, which was disappointing given the long wait between visits to the table. Unfortunately, the service really impacted the overall experience. Chili’s has potential with its food, but the slow service and lack of attention to detail really made this visit less enjoyable than it could have been.

This place is a good time to go have drinks, go check the best bartenders Wes and john. Always a phenomenal time when I come here. I don’t even have to tell them what I want they already know which is amazing. Truly making me feel like VIP.
