I love this McDonald’s. It has a beautiful section of tables that are away from the counter and make a nice pretty quiet place to study. They also have a play room if you have kids. Otherwise it is a traditional McDonald’s, with standard McDonald’s food. Not the greatest quality, but it is fast and the employees are nice.

12/07/2025 Came around 1pm. I was trying to order food at the drive thru. The woman who took my order had touble hearing me I proceed to repeat my order more louder, also had passenger in car who also could hear me in told her what I said. she still insisted she couldn’t hear me. She said a remark and had attitude. I don’t know if they need better equipment. Or if her headset wasnt loud. In the beginning someone did hear me loud as clear when i said give me moment so i can use my rewards. Her getting attitude was wrong. She could of handled things better. Service was terrible. I eventually left and didn’t order anything.

Ordered through the drive thru some nuggets and fries. Nuggets tasted fine but I went to eat some of the fries and it was so disgusting I had to spit it out! The fries were wet with grease and tasted like someone rubbed gross slimy sweaty hands all over them. Had to throw away my whole basket of fries, hoping I don’t get sick!!

food is usually good from here not sure if they were mad at my roommate or what happen.. but i swear they gave me 2 burgers that have been just sitting there. they did think about changing the bread though.. cheese ain’t melted or anything. can’t tell you about the other 2 for my roommate but i swear these burgers were old and dry.

12/28/2025 around 10:18am-10:22 am I went there order a sausage McGriddle add bacon a hotcake plate and a STEAK egg and cheese bagel. Not only did the STEAK egg and cheese bagel didn’t come with yhe steak but there was a hair on it . The rest of the food was fine. I called and they asked me to come back so I did . I couldn’t find the receipt but I know that you could look back in the receipt if you give them the time and what you’ve ordered because I used to work at a McDonalds lol but I’m guessing the manager or whoever she was wanted to argue with me .IF YOU DONY WANT TO WORK THERR THEN LEAVE !!!! IF YOU DONY KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS CORRECTLY DONY WORK IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE ENVIRONMENT!!!! I would say her name but she had no name tag which I know is out of dress code .HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

me and my sister went in the morning and while ordering he said he sent our order out without us being done then told us to tell them at the window what we wanted. We got to the window told the lady and double check everything was right she didn’t add our hash brown to the meal when we asked nor did she put large on both our drinks.we get to the window to recieve our food and ask to give us the size we ask for ,he said he could not and could only do the size paid for . ATP we jus took it and left. Was so over it this isn’t the first time they mess up our order or don’t give us something when we ask .

I understand there is a need for cleaning the kids area. But is it too much to ask for you to do it at a consistent time. The last 3 times I’ve tried to bring my kids to play in the play center it’s been closed for cleaning. I understood when it was off hours but the straw the broke this tired parents back was cleaning it at 530pm on a weekday. Did you not think there might be hungry kids at that time who needed to run out some energy before or after dinner?
