I had a mobile order and sat in line for over 30 minutes no apology no nothing. The car in the front of me had a bag small enough for a small fry! Pulled up to the window you see all window associates standing around chatting . It’s poor customer service at this location.

I have been going here because it’s on my way from work, but I’m going to have to go to another one because I always ask for EXTRA pickles, they charge me for it and my tickets say it,
And all they ever give me is 2 pickle,
Today I went there and I asked for EXTRA EXTRA pickles and was even asked how much I wanted on there and I said 6
Got home and there are literally no pickles at all on there.
What is going on?
Am I saying it wrong?
I wish management would be more vigilant and approve of the orders making sure it’s how people asked for it.
I work too hard and long hours to spend money on things that I didn’t even ask for.
I won’t even try to go back there and get it fixed because I fear I’ll just be wasting my time.
It’s not the first, second or third time I’ve asked and haven’t received how I asked and paid for it. It’s more than 8 times,
Why do I keep going? Because I’m hoping that they’ll catch themselves or I think “maybe they’re having a bad day” because I work in food service too, but for this to happen this many times is completely ridiculous.
My advice: don’t ask for anything and have low low expectations
It’s already bad enough that the east end McDonald’s takes 20+ minutes for the food (just to not get it right or receive all the order)
Very unfortunate I’m spending money and have worked long hours to not receive what I paid and asked for.

Employees REFUSE to place sugar & creamers N2 a drive-thru’s order’s coffee cup BUTT gave to me an expensive spoon instead of wooden stir•stick.
They also SHORT the customer.
THEZE LAZY WOMEN.
Ohhh… ZERO (0) Other customers: they weren’t busy:
JUST LAZY… or malicious.
Theze people are costing their boss a Bonu$ + the FRANCHISOR $$$ + repeat-business for Mickey-D’s.
Food tasted good.

Disrespectful manager. Whoever the manager was for today was the absolute worst. The one star reviews are strictly for her. Her staff were so wonderful and so so kind in a high stress situation created only by the manager. I literally heard her yell and talk to her staff like they were children. The drive through was packed and she couldn’t even do her job I watched her walk in her office in a fit like she was 12. She told her entire staff that if they mess up even a little bit they would get a write up. That’s highly unprofessional behavior towards staff and in front of customers. She needs to be fired. Nobody should treat their staff that way ever.

Food was about the only thing good here. Between the managers and employees acting like it’s a dis-service to them to provide basic commodities to the 15-20 homeless that are spread out and laying all over the place. I won’t be back to this establishment. The workers do nothing but make food and sit it on the counter and let the homeless do as they please.

I ordered the Spicy McCrispy Deluxe and some apple pies, fully aware this is fast food, not gourmet dining. However, I was disappointed with the quality. The chicken patty was so dark it was almost black—definitely a sign of over-frying. As for the apple pies, the label said, “Please enjoy by 5 PM,” but I placed my order at 9 PM, meaning I was given expired pies.
I usually love McDonald’s, but this location’s food quality doesn’t compare to others I’ve visited.

I always come here when im in Galveston in the mornings for breakfast. The employees recognize me and are always very kind. My favorite mcds, my order is always perfect. I typically only get the sausage egg mcmuffin and a decaf coffee in the mornings. I definitely recommend 🙂 They also often put in condiments in my bag, or they will ask me, which makes me happy. No other mcdonalds does that and i always forget to ask. Morning crew is A1.

Mcdo in galveston has a clean environment. The internet is fast and crew are approachable. This is the only mcdonalds I’ve seen that has sundae. And it was worth to satisfy my cravings. And it is 24 hrs so it is a go-to fast food restaurant. Sundae taste thesame in the philippines!
