Nothing new here but I just don’t understand how this McDonald’s consistently gets the orders wrong. I do understand it’s fast food so we all know this going in but I can tell u as someone who grew up with McDonald’s since the 1960s it wasn’t always like this. I would say about the last 10 years service and quality have been on a decline yet the fast food technology has skyrocketed from the 1960s. Every time I come here I have to pull up to a spot in the parking lot and wait for my food. Today there was NO ONE in line behind me. This is the absolute WORST McDonald’s for wait time. If I wanted it cooked fresh I would go to whataburger. I go to McDonald’s for the reputation of being quick. Please stop making us pull forward to wait for our food! I know they are worried about drive thru time for the stores numbers…how about you worry about your customer’s experience instead.

I just don’t know what it is about the two McDonald’s locations in Friendswood. Both absolutely suck when it comes to service. It’s obvious that some of the people who work here do not like their lives. They don’t hide the fact that they’re miserable. This McDonald’s always gets my order wrong no matter what time of day I go there. Half the time they are rude. My last order was 2 days ago, I hardly ever order from here anymore. I ordered a regular double cheese burger no onions. I got a large single onion right in the middle and a single tiny pickle. The bun was hard and the burger was ice cold. I work at a restaurant myself, customer service is everything. Without customers you don’t have a job.

Absolutely filthy. We don’t visit this location often, so maybe it was an off day (but it was dirty the last time we visited too). The whole place was very dirty, especially the play space. One guy kind of cleaned up the main dining area (while also being the sole food runner), but nobody touched the play space dining area the entire time we were there and it was disgusting. It wasn’t particularly busy at all. Also, my dad’s burger was partially raw. We did not bring it up because the cleanliness of the place was disturbing and felt it was a moot point.

just an overall terrible experience. first they made me wait for close to 20 mins, then a young man came to my car and asked if we had gotten our food yet, of course not? that’s why I’m on the side waiting!? he’s confused, I’m confused, he said they have no clue were the meal went so he goes back inside and after 5 mins comes back with my food, but forgets drinks. goodness most gracious. so he’s coming back with the drinks and he says he thinks that’s all of it. should’ve seen it coming right there cuz I get home and bam! the one thing I went to the restaurant in the first place is missing. the honkidory freakin happy meal, no nuggies,, no fries, just chocolate milk.

Food was like any McDonald’s. They forgot a large fry and didn’t make the double cheeseburger plain like we asked but fixed everything when we asked. They have a play place inside made for smaller children 3 to 9.
