I JUST did an experiment test. I ordered my food on the online app literally 2 MINUTES BEFORE I GOT TO THE DRIVE THRU so my food should have been HOT. Instead they put a cold medium fry that’s been sitting directly Into a large fry box. Only my burgers were hot. I will be going to the BB Bureau to report this because this is the 3rd time I’ve been scammed

Bought Hotcakes and sausage, asked for an extra syrup, paid 25¢ for it, got home, no extra syrup. This is the second time this has happened. I haven’t gone to McDonald’s since 2021 and the 2 times I go they don’t get my order right. Won’t be going to McDonald’s anymore. I’ll try Whataburger next time.

Bad customer service, they gave me half the size of French fries told the lady about it and she still didn’t fix it. I had to speak to the manager to get it fixed . They also made a mistake on my drink size as well. Bad location I rather go to the one on Garth Road.

Its truck driver appreciation week and I called in and ordered 20 sausage biscuits and 20 hash browns the gentleman that answered the phone was so nice, accommodating, very respectful and my order was completed by the time I got there I fully appreciate you today!!!
