This is our go-to McDonald’s and most of the time, our orders have been fine. But within the last several weeks, recent orders, the food has been disappointing. From Mchicken sandwiches and nuggets that tastes like days old, microwaved chicken, mustard on burgers when specifically choosing to have none and Large fries orders packed with small fries quantity. We’re hoping this trend doesn’t continue at this location. I hate holding up the drive thru line so I don’t check the bags but it seems I’m going to have to from now on.

Asked for a double cheeseburger with cheese, ketchup, lettuce and tomatoes only. Checked the top and bottom of the burger to make sure it was fine and didn’t notice anything off during the rush of the drive through. Once I got home I saw something odd on the bottom bun and wasn’t sure it was onions, until I seperared the cheese patties and found ALL THE ONIONS. LIKE HUH?? they messed up during the making, tried to scrape off the onions from the buns but left some, then decided that instead of making a new one to hide the onions in between the patties and in the cheese. This is honestly so wild to type out. Who does that???? Age ol argument of what if I was allergic??? Hiding onions in the cheese is WILD! Just make a new one!

The location is absolutely amazing! It’s been recently remodeled, and it looks so clean and modern. The vibe is totally uptrend, which I love. The staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. But the best part is that they have a playground! The kids absolutely adore it. Oh, and guess what? You can even order food yourself at the self checkout. How cool is that?

Had to wait a long time at the pay window as the customer in front of me wanted to change their entire order.
When I finally got to pay I asked that my fries be fresh as I was sure my fries were cold by now.
Got to pick up window and asked again for hot fries. Got a sour face and then handed cold fries.
Not this location ever again.

I have order here 3 times. I order only the sandwich and a drink. They even repeat it but then charge me for the meal. Yes, I get the fries I didn’t want. Tacky way of getting a little extra cash.

The store manager I met this morning was extremely RUDE. I was looking for a missing catchup in my order. And I did not see any, so I went up to the counter, and no one was there (all of them are busy with something else). I took one catcup from the counter (trying not to bothering anyone), and the manger was not helping and saw me doing that, said soemthing really offensive and rude to me. I will not coming back to this store in the next couple of months (or forever). Maybe I should go to somewhere else for my breakfast from now on. They really ruined my moring with such a bad customer experience.

Note: this rating for me is based on other fast food restaurants. 3 stars to me Us average. This place was not tidy (kind of dirty) – table tents still on tables, table not wiped down, garbage on floor. Bathroom was clean.
Food was ok. I needed to go and get my drink (they forgot to include the other one).
This location did have a small indoor playground which was nice.
I’d pass on this McDonald’s going forward b/c if you can’t keep it clean, I can’t imagine that attention of detail gets better back in the kitchen where the food is being prepared.

They greeted me saying “Welcome to el pollo loco” I ordered a donut with a kolache and they gave me a chick fill a sandwich, then they gave me a drink from cane’s then as a gift for my 67 birthday, the gift was a kid’s menu which had a toy of a lafufu, overall great service best fries eveeeerrr!!!! slay queen.

Absolutely terrible i recently had made a mobile order and even tho the wait was 30 minutes i didnt mind waiting. As soon as it was my turn the guy made me repeat my order and still gave me the wrong items i heard him calling me names with his workers in Spanish and since i understand that language as well i immediately knew. He should already know that customers can understand spanish at least. He complained about giving me the wrong items as well. In the end he gave me a much smaller size and had ordered a large which could tell it was on purpose since he was mad. I would go to that McDonalds occasionally never was this bad before. Seen the guy there which is probably the manager of the place and he wasnt this rude but i guess time changes that. And the fries tasted like cold paper but oh well.
