Came in and sat right down. Music was playing giving the perfect R&B brunch vibe. Shykira was our waitress. She was very nice and attentive. Food came out and was fresh and on point! We got two pitchers of the pineapple mango mimosas and they were so good! Multiple staff members checked in on us to make sure everything was good. Definitely will come back again and would recommend anyone to try it.

Know before you go.
We were traveling through Florence and chose to eat here based on the positive reviews. We got a friendly greeting from the hostess and then it went down hill from there. Our server was polite but sullen. I can give her some grace because maybe she was having a bad day. What made our visit bad was the cost versus the quality and taste of the food and their shady payment process.
I ordered a mango mimosa, the pancake tacos and a side of grits. Hubby got the burger plate and a soda. The mimosa was heavy on mango sauce, and the grits were cold and salty. Hubby’s burger was tiny and very thin. For $20 you expect a gourmet burger. Sadly, it was not that.
Worst of all was the deceptive payment process. The server did not give us a bill. She asked how we were paying and verbally told us the total. It wasn’t until after we left a 20% cash tip on the entire total that we found out that they add an automatic gratuity to the bill. Now, I dont mind an automatic gratuity, but that was not disclosed to us at any point. Not by the hostess, the server or anywhere in writing on the menu.
The only saving grace of this meal was the taco pancakes which were really good. However, that is not enough to make me want to give them another chance or recommend anyone go there.

I especially enjoyed the special attention from the staff, Anson, DishWasher (Bernard) and Mariah. The food, on and off the menu, was amazingly delicious and drinks were amazing The atmosphere and decor were on point. The beautiful red-rose ceiling made you feel like you were in a secret garden. Was invited to my sister’s birthday brunch. I definitely will come again.

Nice place.. I had came down from NC and just googled breakfast places, hence I always try to do more mom and pop locations.. support local!! Walked in with a friend we were greeted and seated, R&B old school playing which gave it great vibes, and we ordered, friend did the chicken and waffles.. and I am not a grits person but decided I would try them due to friend said we would share and switch food if need be. Let’s just say it all was great, only turn off was shrimp had tails left on them. But definitely would and will be back when traveling back down. Friend had never been and he is local, and he enjoyed it all and started calling all his people as soon as we left.

Omg!! This is what the Area needed!!! I’m from Decatur GA & we have these restaurants. Everything was great,,,No sticky floors…no trash on on the floor…no sticky tables…it’s was MR. Clean.,CLEAN!! No funky bleach or purple fabulos…(I may have misspelled it wrong) but everyone was professional, the food was EXCELLENT!! & The drinks!! They also have a robotic serving tray that brings out the food, it’s SooOo precise!!

The ambiance is good. A little cramped for space. Colors contrast well. Love the foliage on the ceiling. Server was a little delayed with service. Busy chilling on her phone had to get someone else to flag her for bill. I got the cakes and eggs. Beautiful presentation, French toast was a little too mushy in the middle but flavor was delicious. Eggs were well cooked but lacked in flavor. Sausage was delicious. Had mango mimosa which was great and had a side of pineapple juice. My man had shrimp and grits, peppers were fresh, shrimp was good, a little greasy, flavor was good but needed salt and pepper, needed more grits. His pineapple mimosa was really good. Other server, was very good, professional, and attentive even to our table and she wasn’t our server.

First of the month did not disappoint I’m so glad I gave this place a try. The food is delicious, the atmosphere with neosoul/RandB vibes, and the people are just beautiful souls inside and out! I’m only in town for the Trailride this week all the way from the DMV, but I might have to make a trip back just for this place Also, a big shout out to Cookie! She did a phenomenal job taking care of me!

Mariah was awesome!!! I bought my kids out for breakfast, and my son was giving her a hard time (He has a crush on her) but she entertained him and gave excellent service. Food is always amazing when I visit and today was no different. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! The food was phenomenal—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish came out perfectly timed and clearly made with care and attention to detail. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it the perfect place for a relaxed and enjoyable meal.
What truly elevated the experience, though, was my server Shalone. She was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a great time. She knew the menu inside and out, gave excellent recommendations, and made me feel valued as guests.
This is the kind of place that turns a simple meal into a memorable experience. I’ll absolutely be back and will be recommending this restaurant—and that amazing server—to everyone I know!
