Worst experience at a McDonald’s!!
Was at the counter for about 5 minutes before being acknowledged.
Burger assembly was sloppy, and the fries tasted uncooked and soggy.
My wife also felt her stomach was upset after eating the food!!!
***This location really needs better quality control — or at least a manager on shift paying attention***

I ordered 2 pumpkin crème pies and saw an employee rip the “best by” date off the box before handing it to me. When I asked what she ripped off, she suddenly defaulted to Spanish—even though she’s checked me out in perfect English before and I believe she’s the manager. That tells me she knew exactly what she was doing. Tampering with food is dangerous and unacceptable—I have video and picture proof. If you ever see this, know you’ll get what’s coming to you for poisoning people. Unnecessary!

Mcdonalds mobile ordering messed up and they had no remedy for my situation nor were they willing to help. The manager couldn’t speak English to even come and talk to me about nor fixed the problem. It said I cant cancel the order either because it says it was being prepared already. This place is a sorry place to go, go to another McDonald’s close by. You will get better service then they gave

I’m extremely disappointed with the service we received at this McDonald’s. When we walked in, we noticed the staff being polite and friendly to other customers. However, when it was our turn, the attitude completely changed. The staff were rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming toward us, and the only clear difference was that we were wearing hijabs.
This made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic kindness and respect, regardless of how they dress or what they believe. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses this behavior, because no one should feel targeted or treated poorly in a place that serves the public.

For sure even though inside a Wal-Mart the customer service here is amazing. The manager lady always helps with a smile, respect, and goes out of her way to help you figure the app out and use the coupons. BTW a McDonald’s hack is get the Big Mac with the QP paties.

Don’t come here if you want the sauces you’ve PAID for… second time this happened with the same manager. Didn’t get the extra sauce we paid for, when we went to go tell them, the manager said, “well..?” Terrible customer service, the whole place is swarming with fruit flies so even if you’d want to sit and eat there… good luck! The food is what you’d expect and the front cashier girl is usually very nice and helpful but the rest of the service is very unsatisfactory. The manager is very impatient and dismissive and the other employees seem to fall in line with her behavior and temperament. But it is McDonald’s I guess in a Walmart so you shouldn’t expect much anyway.

The service was bad, the manager ignored me when I tried to order and when I ordered she looked annoyed, she also said she didn’t have macchiato but was making it for another person. All of the sodas were mostly water, not worth the trip here.
