I ordered a protein bowl with double chicken, black beans, rice, and lettuce. I’ve gotten this same order at other Chipotle locations plenty of times, so I know what it’s supposed to look like — and this wasn’t it. For $14, the portion I received was way off, especially for double chicken.
The pickup process was just as frustrating. My online order said it would be ready at 7:30. I showed up at 7:35, and there wasn’t a single bag on the pickup rack. I stood there under the pickup sign for about ten minutes while at least eight employees made eye contact with me, and not one person asked if I’d been helped. Finally, one guy coming from the back — looked like he was heading to a break — stopped to check on me. He was kind and respectful, and I appreciated that. But by the time I actually got my food, it was cold.
If the app says an order will be ready at 7:30, I should be able to walk in, grab my bag, and leave by 7:30 — not wait around while no one acknowledges me.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience compared to every other Chipotle I’ve been to. Hopefully management steps in and gets this location back to the level of service and quality people expect from Chipotle

The store was locked and everyone had to go through the Chipotlelane. I ordered on the app. My food was sitting there waiting for me for over 30 minutes because I had to wait for others’ food to be prepared. This was a major delay for us getting home. The location instructions online say you can pick up inside. I wish I had gone to another location.

I have been a loyal customer at this Chipotle for over a year, but the quality has completely plummeted, and tonight’s experience was the final straw. The guacamole I received was atrocious. Literal gray, rubbery chunks that looked completely inedible. It was so bad I had to physically go back to the store to return it.
When I got there, the storefront was closed during posted business hours. The employees told me they couldn’t refund me because I ordered online, and they couldn’t replace it either because the rest of their guacamole was just as disgusting. Let that sink in: they KNEW their product was in this condition and were still scooping it into orders all day long. How is that acceptable?
When I shared my concerns, the employee agreed but kept blaming the morning shift. But if you know the morning crew ruined the prep, why hasn’t anyone fixed it by the evening? Why are paying customers expected to eat this slop? It’s mind-blowing to me that a company as large as Chipotle would knowingly sell food this far below any reasonable standard.
And to make matters worse, the burrito I ordered was absolutely flavorless. No seasoning, no freshness, nothing. Just bland filler wrapped in a tortilla.
Chipotle, if you care at all about your customers, fix this. Don’t serve guacamole that looks like it’s been scraped out of a compost bin. Don’t hand over burritos that taste like cardboard. Do better.

We ordered an online order for the pick up lane. When we got home. Our kids quesadilla had virtually no cheese and was just a toasted tortilla. I got a chicken salad bowl and the chicken was under cooked and certain pieces were incredibly pink and cold. My son’s bowl was supposed to have extra sour cream and they put barely any sour cream and what looked like two huge handfuls of cheese with barley any meat. My husband’s bowl was supposed to have double chicken and had barely half a regular serving of chicken. My husband drove all the way back to the restaurant and the manager was incredibly rude. He wouldn’t help him or give him his name. He said “my name is right here” pointed to his chipotle badge that didn’t show his name and then said “I’m not giving you my name” my husband asked for a contact number because we tried calling prior to him driving there and he wouldn’t give him that either. It’s really sad how down hill this location has gone. We have had a bad experience more than once as of late. Our meal was over $40 and for it be this awful is disappointing and for them not to want to make it right is even more disappointing. We will not be going back and would highly recommend skipping over this location.

Dine in was closed again today. Hundreds of people walk up to the door every day and turn around. The store has been online orders only for 3-4 weeks now. Just close the dang store already. This has continued to be the worst chipotle I’ve been to in Ohio for 3 years.
Agape next door is great! And they are capable of keeping the store open on a regular basis!

I ordered an entree with extra rice, beans and sour cream . I got half the usual size I use to get from this exact location few months back . Probably management change. And it’s not the first time happening. I would avoid Chipotllane in this restaurant if you want a good portion and correct order.

I really try to give this Chipotle location a chance, but it’s becoming too much. They are closed way too often during normal business hours, and on days like today, they’re only taking mobile orders. I wouldn’t mind that, except I’m paying for extra add-ons and they’re out of what I paid for on the mobile app—and there’s no refund or adjustment.
It’s frustrating because this isn’t a one-time issue. This particular location is always out of something, whether it’s proteins, rice, basic toppings, you name it. I hate leaving a negative review, but the inconsistency and inconvenience here are unreal. Definitely hoping management gets things together.

Open your store or close it for good! Online ordering only is inconvenient and half the time when the doors are closed and it says online ordering only, the app says they aren’t accepting orders.
Easily the worst Chipotle in Ohio. Even before this online only ordering they were always struggling to have decent people and products in stock.

I can appreciate if the store was closed to walk ins because they wanted to focus on their mobile order service. (Not sure if that’s the case today or not) However, I can’t appreciate ordering my food before leaving work and thinking I’m picking it up at 5:50 when I couldn’t even get to the window until 6:22 because the line was around the building and the parking lot is tiny. Ice cold Chipotle food tastes terrible and the rice was hard and crunchy. I’m really disappointed because this is what I was craving all day.

This Chipotle the steak was perfect it looked just like the picture on the menu. Service wise they were behind for opening which is okay I didn’t mind waiting. But they didn’t have chicken they didn’t have tortillas so I was limited to what I could order. That is the only reason for four star service. As far as The atmosphere it’s Chipotle. Definitely not a very pleasurable place to eat for everyone. And I’m not sure why but I always order the same thing the first time I ever go to multiple franchises to compare. In this Chipotle charge me 6 more dollars than any of the other ones?So food wise this one will beat my Mount Vernon Chipotle definitely beats pataskala at i-70s Chipotle… I already forgot about my review on Springfield Chipotle
