We visited this location to grab a quick breakfast and they were indeed busy. We love McDonald’s breakfast and truly don’t mind waiting. However, the location was severely understaffed. There wasn’t any receipt paper in the kiosk so the guests had no idea their orders were being called after waiting a long time already. The team members communicated to guests that they were short handed and that the manager could not issue any refunds. The guests became angry and started demanding refunds. The team’s safety is my biggest concern. They were not set up for proper success and safety and that’s not OK. They kept saying “the owner knows” which is even sadder when the employees work hard. Where was the owner? Why wasn’t the owner here if the team was this short handed? The manager on duty was doing her best, but it sounds like upper management is the problem here.

Appreciate this location having Coke Zero though because the food quality after waiting was not up to McDonald’s standards.

honestly i stay coming here just because i like mcdonald’s but the people that work here (not all) but most don’t care about doing shit right every time i come here im always missing something and have to go back (ofc im still nice when i tell them im missing something) but it irritates me cus i wanted them to do better lol maybe its not even their fault maybe its others that dont try or i dont know but they suckkkkk always forgetting shit i also asked one time for ranch and ketchup they gave me ONE ranch and no ketchup lol!! . right now i ordered breakfast and they forgot to give me on of my mcgriddles, then the lady goes and says they’re out of something even tho we payed for it , anyways yeah !

Made an online order went through the drive through and was sent to sit out front order came and it was someone else’s order our order finally came about 15 minutes later and we had ordered apple pies but they didn’t have any we were told for a credit we would have to go through the drive through again after another 15 minute wait we asked for our money back so we could just leave and were told that the food had been prepared and we couldn’t get our money back. We finally got a credit for the apple pies and got our food want be going back don’t know what happened but the service just sucks

This has got to be the worst service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant, I’ve never seen a group of people move so slow. Everyone in the back is standing around gossiping and on their phones and one lady up front in the worst mood tossing people their food, been standing here for 40 mins now and still haven’t been served.

The staff treats customers as if they are incompetent while talking to them in a condescending manner. 99% of the issues that revolve around this particular location could be solved by having staff go through training and learning how to deal with unhappy, frustrated customers!

Updated review: This is literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. I sat in the drive-thru for almost 40 minutes waiting for a simple breakfast order. When I finally got to the speaker, instead of explaining anything or apologizing, the employee just said they “couldn’t make it” and that I needed to come inside for a refund. They refused to say anything else over the speaker — completely unprofessional and honestly just ghetto behavior from staff who clearly don’t care.

I went inside like they told me, and then the manager said I had to drive all the way back home to get the card I paid with. So I wasted even more time and gas because of THEIR messed-up process.

Then the general manager I emailed told me I was “never supposed to be refunded” in the first place — meaning the entire run-around and trip home was unnecessary. And somehow I was told that I now owe THEM money, which is absolutely insane.

To make it worse, when I asked the general manager to provide visual proof or any documentation showing how I supposedly owe them money, she completely stopped responding. No follow-up, no explanation, nothing.

This location is disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly not trained. Zero communication, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers. If you value your time or your sanity, avoid this McDonald’s at all costs.

Previous review: I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this location, but today was the worst. I placed a mobile order for breakfast and waited nearly an hour in the drive-thru. When I finally reached the speaker and gave my mobile code, I was told they couldn’t make my order because breakfast was over and my only option was a refund.

I went inside as instructed, and the manager was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. She told me they couldn’t issue a refund unless I either switched to a lunch order or drove all the way back home to get the debit card I used in the app — which defeats the purpose of ordering through the app in the first place. I ended up driving back home and returning again just to get my money back.

While I was inside, I also witnessed two other customers walk out upset because no one was helping at the front counter. The store seems consistently disorganized, understaffed, and poorly managed. This has happened several times to me, and it’s very frustrating.

I hope corporate steps in to address the lack of service, communication, and professionalism at this location. Customers shouldn’t have to go through this type of experience.

Stopped here over the weekend. The workers they have in here suck. I had a big order that did not have everything in it. When asked for the rest of my food it became a problem. Trying to charge me for sauces that come with the meal. Then the guy goes and gets the manager and she wasn’t any better. That was my first and last time ever stopping there. It took everything in me to keep my cool. If you don’t like your job get another one

The food is good but the service is super slow . McDonald’s has cut back so much of there employees that the few that are there don’t even have time to clean the tables waiting time for the food is like being at a morgue, It’s gonna be while before we go back there , we were talking with other customers while we were waiting for our food ,they to couldn’t believe how bad the service is , I’m guessing management is trying to run the business to the ground ,all I can say he’s doing a good job, 12 -24 25
