Not a bad first time. The lo mein, honey chicken, pineapple shrimp, and dumplings were my favorite. The chicken on a stick had great flavor. Little disappointed with the rice noodles. They didn’t have much flavor at all. This was a clean buffet and the service was awesome! Kiddos approved!

Their all-you-can-eat buffet lunch special is exceptional. 4 different stations to choose a wide variety of food from and also desserts! Seating is very comfortable. The restaurant is decorated very nicely. Service is always terrific. Food is always fresh. Parking is always abundant.

Apparently this place used to be really good and high quality food, my personal experience said otherwise. The server was quick and on top of it but the most important part of the experience was the worst. I got 3 different kids of chicken; general tsao’s, sesame, and honey. Each of them on a separate plate and each of them were mushy with the same sour taste to it and was inedible. Not to mention every item I picked was cold. The warmest thing there was probably the ice cream… thinking maybe im not picking what they are best at, I tried my husbands chicken to which was hard as a rock, my husband confirmed all of the pieces were similar. Vegetable? Soggy.. the best part of the meal was the fortune cookies they gave us on our way out. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

It was just okay. Some of the food wasn’t hot temperature wise. Sushi options was just meh and Luke warmish. But of chicken options only one steak and one pork entrees. My advice if you’re reading this is too go to ‘The One’ instead they have much better options in my opinion

Very friendly staff and the food was delicious; way better than I expected. They have a great selection of dishes to choose from and several different ice cream options for dessert. We really enjoyed our lunch there. Highly recommend the Golden Palace!!!

Where to begin!! The chicken was dry, the crab was fake, the noodles were terrible, the sesame chicken was soggy, and bland. If it was fresh it would have been so good. They shocked me with the seafood.
Boiled shrimp, crawfish, oysters in that cheesy sause, if that’s your thing.. I don’t however. The place had mold on the ceiling for God’s sake!! Why is it so hard to spray some bleach?? Now to customer service.. that was amazing!! So kind and helpful. I was very pleased. I will go back just because Texarkana has very few options for Chinese food. I think they can do better, I may have caught them at a bad time.

Very clean! The food was good, and they had a wide variety to choose from. Service was also great for it to be a Buffett. They came around and made sure we always had a full drink.

I loved the Dr Pepper, it was cold and fresh. The restaurant was warm and comfortable considering it was cold and rainy. Interior decor is outdated, its clean for its age, can’t tell what color the carpet is suppose to be and the atmosphere is uninviting. The waitress was very attentive. The food was warm, taste was a seven on a scale of ten. Some items were so old and dry they were inedible. The food appeared to be all premade. Price was average. Was it awful no but its not a restaurant I would frequent often.

If I could give this damn place a negative I would definitely do that. HORRIBLE JUST STRAIGHT HORRIBLE PLACE TO BE IN TEXARKANA. Only 2 people were kind to us the rest where rude and inconsiderate especially since I had my clients with me who are disabled and where trying to purchase their own buffet but were rushed through the paying process. We came at the slowest times of the day there were barely any people there so I’m not sure why they would be like that. They had an attitude about giving us separate receipts especially since they were paying separate. YOU MADE MY CLIENTS FEEL BAD AND UNEASY…and since when is 11am a dinner special for freaking $17 dollars??? On a damn Saturday? Yall just opened and charging dinner special?
