I placed an online order for table service.

They didnt want to bring it out.

When they did, they gave me an empty cup for me to get up and get my own drink.

They force you to use the app or machine and when you use as for table service, they don’t want to bring it out to you.

Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering like that. Imagine placing a curb side order, putting in the slot parking number but then have you walk in to pick kit up. Doesn’t make sense.

This is also their large fries.

I complained to the employee and he said
the Manager Alberto has stated not to fill up the fries. I requested a large fry and was denied.

I paid for a large fry and this is what I got.

This is not a large fry.

I asked for a printed receipt so I can do a survey and they gave me one with no surveys code to input.

As I was getting up to get my drink, I did see a manager at a register and in passing showed her the photo and told her it was wrong what they are doing.

She didn’t know what to say and was speechless.

On December 19, 2025, I went to eat with my children. When I ordered, I said I wanted some extra sauces because I know the manager only gives you two sauces with any order of McNuggets, and if you want more, he charges you for each one. The young man who took my order was very friendly, but he didn’t give me my extra sauces. I didn’t have a problem with that, but the manager is rude and ill-mannered. He treated me as if I couldn’t pay for the sauces, and I was asking for more because I could pay; it was an order of more than $50. I placed another order, but I did it online to avoid arguing with him. He opened my order to see that I had ordered three sauces and told me that they had to charge me for the sauces and that next time he would charge me for them. He also said that if something is missing from your order, which is their mistake, they get angry and treat you like you’re stealing. I was missing an order of fries and they wouldn’t give it to me until they came to my table to check my entire order and make sure I wasn’t stealing anything. I find him rude, and it’s not the first time I’ve seen the manager treat people badly. I also work doing DoorDash deliveries and I’ve seen how he humiliates people.

We stopped here after taking the kids trick or treating around 9:30 pm lastnight. While waiting on our food a lady who works there came up and told us that they close at 10 so we needed to leave at 10. We grabbed our food and quickly sat back down to try and hurry and eat. In the mean time, a man (who was obviously the manager) walked up to the lady who was telling everyone to leave and stayed yelling at her. He was in her face, shoulders touching and speaking to her like a child. He was telling her to stop telling people they have to leave but he was very ugly to her. There is a way to handle your employees and this was not it. She looked so embarrassed and I felt sorry for her. We tried to quickly wrap up our dinner and leave. As we were getting up a cockroach ran up the wall next to us and came onto the table. It was disgusting. The roach and the manager were both disgusting.

Though it’s frustrating, I did get to get a laugh. I’m sitting in curbside mind you I ordered my drink my coffee at 725 finally at 8 PM I go inside to see what is going on and the lady says we’ve been screaming your name for like 20 minutes well, it’s a little hard to hear you scream my name in the restaurant when even the drink has that sticker that says I’m in curbside. I cannot hear when I am in my car, parked in a curbside parking spot LMAO but the attitude is what did it for me instead of taking accountability and realizing oh crap you’re right I didn’t pay attention to the sticker instead of doing that rolling your eyes

No tables are wiped in the play place, no sanitation wipes to clean the table yourself. Asked for the wipes they had none. Food quality is not that great at all. Cold fries and nuggets had a different taste than we are used to. The only good thing about this location is the play place. No rhyme or reason to the line in front of the counter.

I’m highly unsatisfied with the way this location has been. A few days ago, I ordered with the app like I usually do and I went up to the speaker box and they said they “didn’t have it” yet I payed for it and it was the correct address. Today I was looking forward to getting some breakfast. I placed my ordered at 10:15am and this location is literally a minute away. The lines were extremely long and I didn’t get to the speaker box until 10:32. Breakfast stops at 10:30. They said breakfast is over.. Okay so you let dozens of people in your line not get their mobile order breakfast because you stop serving at 10:30 when these people have placed the order long before. I don’t get the whole “we don’t make it til you’re here” that’s not fair in these situations. Dozens of angry customers.. and you won’t get a refund for another 3 days??!

The mobile ordering system wasn’t turned off on Christmas day! Wasted gas and tied up my money until they put it back in my account. I feel sorry for anyone else who tried to order. Serious lack of communication!

Just watched the manager Alberto G argue with a woman in front of me. Literally argue because she was missing a small fry. Everyone in line was in shock. He was telling her she got it and putting up a fight about ONE SMALL FRY. I actually manage a wingstop myself and know the customer is always right. It was pretty crazy he got into an argument like that.

Update: another bad review for 11/30/25. They told me to pull up to drive thru waiting spot number 1 the lady brought out not even half of my order I told her I was missing everything else and instead did her going to grab it she said she had “a lot going on” and for me to go inside and get it so i had to unload 2 toddlers while being 38 weeks pregnant to go get the rest of my order. Terrible service as usual

Wish I could give them a -5 stars on service. This location in Rosenberg on Ave H is the worst. The two managers who have been there forever the lady with the big hair and the dig guy with glasses and white hair are awful.
