Delivery orderers beware. This food is mediocre at best. The biggest disappointment was the salsa and chips. I usually love Chilis chips and salsa. Sadly, this salsa was so watery our chips don’t have anything to grab onto. I wish I could post my.l video of how bad it is. The beef fajitas are chewy and dry. The rest (southwest eggrolls and kids chicken tenders) were fine.
After a long day on the road with kids, we decided to order food to our hotel. Delivery food is always marked up, so while the prices made us clutch our pearls, ok fine, we all know delivery costs more. But man, $6+ for that terrible chips and salsa brought me here to vent. This Chili’s did not live up to expectations.

Ordered online take out for a pickup 25min later. There were a slew of door dashers picking up and no food coming out of the kitchen. One lady left after canceling her order. I had already paid and no attendants were acknowledging any of us, otherwise ai might have considered doing the same. My order was 30 min past due when it came out. No apology or anything. If they know they are that far behind, surely the system could give updates or perhaps prevent you from picking that early of a pickup time.
My burger was very overlooked/crispy, and the skillet cookie desert recipe has changed since the last time I ordered one and not for the better. It had a weird texture and looked more like a hockey puck that wasn’t fresh cooked or warm. My mango tea wasn’t as good as normal. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience. I will say that the street corn was very good!

I absolutely love Chilis! Especially this one on Coulter St! Their food is excellent, atmosphere is amazing!! Also the server I had today, Chloe, just such a sweet lady! She knew the menu well and answered questions confidently, very attentive and never let our drinks run out, she checked on us but wasn’t overbearing!

Went to go eat and the manager on duty yelled at the poor waitress just trying her best with the large table she had. He thought it was a good idea to yell at her in front of everyone on the floor. I think he needs a new job if he can’t hold a level of professionalism enough to take her to the back and state the problem. Very unprofessional I hope his job gets evaluated since he’s so worried about good surveys.

We asked to sit in the back. They tried to force us to sit in the middle all crowded together. It was 7 pm. Then they switched waiters on us. The food was slimy. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Chili’s. Normally love this restaurant.

This particular Chilis in Amarillo is my favorite. It’s close to most of the shopping we do and is easy to get in and out of. Most of all the service here is top notch. The food is always great as you would expect from Chili’s. Great food! Great service! Every time!

We waited for about 45 minutes for our food after being told it would be right out. I have never had to write a review before. By the time our food came out the fries were cold on everyone’s plate. My friend’s steak was NOT what they asked for and I swear my burger was cold minus the “Mayo” that seemed to be something MUCH different. The only good thing about this place and our experience was the server so thank you to that woman.

Good experience. My wife has the chili’s app which is good for free chips and dip every visit. My daughter likes the Cajun pasta. I like the Santa Fe grilled chicken salad. Good food, good prices. We will definitely eat here again…

I walked in yesterday, and was enjoying my dinner per usual. Suddenly this server is getting screamed at for an altercation, in front of the entire restaurant. Needless to say I
think that the general manager is unprofessional and extremely rude to his employees. I love chilis and i have been coming here for multiple years, when people are rude to their employees. It makes it really hard for the employees to make it a “comfortable” space to be around because they are terrified. Or genuinely not in a pleasant mood
