The ONLY reason I stop at McDonalds is for quick fast food. Pulled up to order and no one recognized that I was there. I said hello and someone responded that they will be right with me. Two minutes later someone was ready to take my order. Ordered the Sausage Biscuit w/cheese and Hash Brown combo. Posted price is $2.50, plus the cheese has to be added. Pulled around to pay and the person said my total is $4.50. I asked how did he come up with that price when the board has the posted price if $2.50. I asked what the cheese cost and he said 25 or 30 cents, it is 49 cents by my receipt. Know what you order and about what it should cost. Don’t pay a tip unless you choose to. Manager better get this corrected.

Very rude lady in the drive-thru. She acted like I was taking food outta her baby’s mouth by getting a BOGO. Plus, my order was wrong too. No wonder they get bad ratings. Might want to be more courteous and professional. After all, you’re in the customer service industry. Train your people better.

Today was the worst experience ever. Wait time through the drive thru was around 30-40 minutes( I ordered on mobile app) just for them to say they don’t have any fountain drinks, asked for a refund for my drink, and mgr on duty made me get off my vehicle, just for her to suggest if I wanted to wait for the delivery driver who was on his way. No! Not for a drink. So I asked if she didn’t want to give me a refund, if she could swap it for something else. She said a lemonade or tea, when someone said they didn’t have any more tea either! Wow! It was horrible!! And because of the wait…our food was all cold. I Will not be going or ordering from El Campo Mc Donald’s again.

I’ve visited this McDonalds twice. The first time was at the drive thru with a couple of cars in front of me. After sitting there for 20 minutes I left. The second time the drive through had a long line. My grandson only wanted a drink and there was only a couple of people inside in line. I parked and he came out 25 minutes later. For only a drink that is ridiculous. There won’t be a third time.

The food was good… but it seems like the people working do not want to be there… I have not been to a McDonalds in a while that the employees were actually friendly… I always try to be friendly i said hi and asked how are you today… ask i got was a window closed with no response… I am so sick of people working with the public that have bad attitudes… if your at work at least try to be a little friendly..

The employees are too lazy to make the orders correct they gave me a plain burger with just a patty and bun and they gave me unsweetened tea when I wanted sweet tea and they are doing a horrible job and deserve to be fires honestly cuz the customers dont deserve getting their orders mixed up
