The best McDonald’s in the area. I can’t say enough how often I leave this location feeling so well taken care of. From the fresh food, to the accurate orders, the attention to detail on making sure I get my sauces and what I ask for. Management goes above and beyond to make each experience a good and memorable one.

I come by this McDonald’s often after work to grab some dinner late from my shift, usually the service is mild just get my food handed to me without much communication. However today in my visit that experience was changed by the gentleman named Ashton, suggesting me the new sauces that came to the restaurant and being very generous and engaging to have me try them after I asked him for my sauces. This stood out to me a lot coming from a customer service job myself, and I think it’s something that brightens the place and gives it that energy that it lacks. This small but meaningful interaction influenced me to come leave a review and give Kudos to Ashton for stepping up from the average service I receive in this restaurant, and hope I hope he is recognized for his efforts and kindness :).

I placed a mobile order for in-store pickup, but when I arrived, the store couldn’t see the order even though the payment had already been taken from my account. It was a frustrating situation at first, but I really want to thank Crystal, the manager, for how she handled it.
Crystal took the time to look into the issue, contacted me directly, and made sure it was resolved properly instead of being brushed aside. Her customer service was excellent, and she genuinely cared about getting things right. What started as a bad experience actually showed me the true potential of this McDonald’s. The food is always fresh, the team is helpful, and this will continue to be my go-to McDonald’s.

Employee on speaker in drive thru was very rude and sighing very loudly on the speaker when having trouble looking for my order. He did not want to assist and was very obvious about it. When he finally found my order he didn’t direct me to the window i had to ask if it was ok. Once i got to the pickup window a different employee was handing me my order. The employee with the headset on walked behind him glaring at me and gave me a dirty look. Trying to intimidate me. He was a heavier cross-eyed white man and i am a five foot twenty five year old woman, he had no business trying to intimidate me no matter my demographic. I also had my children in the car who i felt he put in danger by trying to intimidate me. When i asked the employee at the window for the rude employees name, he understandably hesitated to give it to me probably because he was standing nearby. He said it was Keith but could be a different name.

Very unprofessional service! As a former Mcdonalds employee I was disappointed and I wish the owner knew how much money this would cost them. We waited at the speaker to an employee giggling and saying hold on. Then after each item we ordered she said okay pull up…..I had several people left to order for. She did this after EVERY SINGLE ITEM. she was very rude and I really wanted to just drive away. Will not be back!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. 1st off had to wait 10 minutes in the drive through while the other got taken even though we pulled up first. THEN the freaking night manager had an attitude, was rude, and couldn’t seem to open her damn ears. Then after all that she (manager) didnt give us a total for either of my orders, didnt give us either orders receipt, and didnt give us our 2 mccribs. They need to something about that night manager. I came at midnight the 27th.

I just stopped through here since I’m working late so on the go. I ordered a sweet tea no ice, double cheeseburger and a hot and spicy. The gentleman that took my order was making good conversation and being friendly. I then rolled up to the first window to pay and she greeted me and even told me to have a nice night. I then went to the second window to pick up my food and I seen a few employees including the manager with BIG smiles on their face as they were all joking around with each other having a good time. I then got greeted, given my food and told to have s good night again by that gentlemen. They were all well mannered! The food tasted great. My sweet tea was on point! The only thing I’m upset about is that they didn’t give me any ranch for all this extra lettuce I have with my hot and spicy! Overall, good job!!

Forced to order food at kiosk no customer service. Tried to order at kiosk, but couldn’t find option for unsweet tea. This is why this model is crap. It makes people lazy, have people work on the counter. I don’t need to learn how to work your system, I’m not an employee. Walked out frustrated lost customer forever.
