I’ve been going to this McDonald’s since it’s been opened. The food is good, there’s usually no issues with the quality of it.
However, service varies depending on the people working shift. I’ve had some really great friendly interactions and service from the employees and other very slow unwelcoming service from the staff.

They forgot my quarter pounder with cheese. I tried to call to get my money back and nothing. At least the other food was good that we ordered for the 5 of us, but the wait was super long. Also, we weren’t the only customers with messed up orders so the service could definitely be improved. Waiting wouldn’t be such an issue if the order was at least correct. Please double check that everything is there and don’t tell your customer it is if it isn’t.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The staff is not friendly whatsoever. People are working and such by there was a lady mopping and I walked in and she asked me to leave very rude. I was also asked by a member of management why I’m walking in there establishment covered in mud. And I was also asked to leave. I said I’m ordering my food and will leave once I’m done. The managers need to be fired. And I was also told not to take more than two sauces or they’ll charge me which I said that is outrageous charging me two or three dollars for a little puny size sauce so I took six for a chargeif you want a good decent meal where you’ll be treated professionally and for staff that will care go anywhere else in a lot of people yelling, screaming, and arguing and I’m the one that’s being asked to leave. I really hope McDonald’s can see this because this establishment needs to be shut down closed and the doors are locked. Almost immediately will not be coming back to this establishment food wise pretty good staff horrible

This is one of the better McDonalds I’ve been to. The food was given to me in a very timely manner in a way that was accurate and hot. While the building seems to be dealing with some minor maintenance issues, they keep it clean. The place still has the soda fountains in the dinning room so that’s a plus. The only negative that really affects me is that McDonald’s encourages you to use kiosk which was out of paper instead of order from an actual human being at the front counter. I have to admit I was taken aback when I thanked one of the workers and she responded with “my pleasure” That employee made my day.

I usually enjoy McDonald’s, but my experience today was disappointing. My hash browns were cold and not crispy at all, and my coffee was also served cold, which really threw off my whole breakfast. I expect at least fresh, hot food when I order. I hope this location can improve on keeping items warm and served properly.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
We had one of the worst drive-thru experiences tonight. The employee taking our order was rude, dismissive, and rushed us as if we were holding up the line — even though it was 10:11 PM and there was only one car behind us. We were ordering for a family of five, yet our order was completely wrong.
When we reached the window, the same employee refused to face us and sent someone else instead. We asked to speak with the manager, but no one came — which speaks volumes about the lack of accountability and professionalism in this location.
Another staff member tried to apologize, but we still received the wrong items and were missing parts of our order. This level of service is unacceptable. Staff should be properly trained to treat customers with respect and take pride in their work.

How disgusting I ordered a doordash from this location and there was a COCKROACH inside the bag with all the food, I immediately threw everything away, NEVER order from here I’m sure they have the kitchen infested with pests. nasty

I usually have a good experience here in the morning, but Elena made my breakfast experience terrible. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese, biscuit and a hash Brown, and it takes over 20 minutes. I asked Elena how much longer my order would be because i’ve been here for such a long time, and she proceeds to raise her voice and yell , “give me a damn second!” I shouldn’t have to wait this long for my breakfast and be bashed for it. Also , the evening shift , a man named Hadie has been consistently harassing me each and every time I have seen him at the McDonald’s.
