I went through the drive-thru and only ordered 3 cookies fresh! And they gave them to me and it was in fact NOT fresh! And I let them know and they told me to pull up and they would bring fresh ones out! And I did. Lo and behold they bring them out and they still were not fresh. And so I had to get out of my car and go inside and let them know they still were not fresh! And they gave me some more that were warm so I thought they were fresh. But as soon as I got home, you could smell that they were burnt!!! Someone kept reheating the same pack of cookies that I asked to be fresh!! This just shows you the lack of respect they have for their customers! For that to be the only thing I ordered…it should have been fresh! Period! But hey, that’s Macdonald’s for you!!

Well, I am leaving this review because it took me exactly 24 minutes to get an iced tea that was ordered off of the app. Wow I was shopping next-door at Aldi placed the order off the app by the time I completed my shopping went to the McDonald’s and still waited and waited and waited. Finally, I had to ask for my order twice to get the ice tea. The lady said I made it earlier. I guess someone must’ve taken it already OK but I had already showed up and asked for the iced tea initially when I got there it seems like every time I order through the app. It takes way longer to get my order than if I would’ve just waited in the drive-through line which to me is completely ridiculous considering I am only ordering a large drink. There is not even any food involved in order to complete my order and have it ready and waiting when I arrive or even if I do the curbside pick up, everybody runs through the drive-through before I am even served my drink. I am still waiting McDonald’s really needs to step up their game and increase their turnaround time when ordering through their app and
/or curbside pick up it seems to me they are prioritizing the drive through line, but they are not prioritizing their orders that are being placed through their app. it’s very frustrating as a customer.

This is the most unprofessional McDonalds I’ve ever been too. None of the employee are doing tbere job. No body wants to take your order in the front mind you I was paying with cash. Everyone just stared at me until some girl who at first didn’t even notice me because she was on her phone walking up had to yell at the other employees to come take my order and still nobody wanted to come… smh do better people…

Restaurant was dirty each time I went inside. I had to get a daily double remade 3 separate times, it was still wrong on the third try but I was not wasting more gas on a crap burger. Employees were more concerned to talk to an old employee that had came in instead of fixing their .mistakes.

The worst McDonald’s you will go to. Ordered online came through the drive through, drove all the way home and realized I’m missing a whole meal. Called up here talked to someone told me they would have it remade. Got here stood in line for 30 minutes (not one person talked to me, 5 people looked at me). Finally asked for the manager and told me no one had it made. So now my food at home is cold, I ordered at 9 pm and it’s 11 pm and I’m still waiting. Will not be coming back for a minute.

I tried to call the store but no answer. This review is for the service delivered by 1 great young man. Fahad was a food runner bringing food to cars. He had to go back back twice for me because part of the order was incorrect. He was so nice, pleasant and apologized. It wasnt his fault but he took ownership. Very nice young man that should be recognized for great customer service.

This McDonalds is Not Following the traditional way of doing things. We ordered 2 Big Macks ….it was dry hardley any sauce and stacked incorrectly….they stacked Both of the Patty’s one on top of the other and the piece’s of the bread all on top of each lettuce and little sauce at the bottom. We were shocked , who ever they have doing this is not following the recipe, it was NOT stacked the traditional way. I hope someone addresses this McDonalds in Atascocita Texas 77346 I will be contacting Corporate with our complaint. We will not visit this store until these issues have been corrected. They also take there phone off the hook and cannot recieve calls.

After years of driving through I finally ate inside today and was pleasantly surprised. The kids area is so big. It’s convenient that it had its own bathroom too, my toddler loved it. The interior of this location is nicely done. I like that they added a local map to make it feel unique. My order came out correctly and was brought to me at the table by a very friendly employee. I’ll definitely be returning.

Not the best. They forgot our mobile order. After 15 minutes or so, we flagged someone down to check on it.
Someone else came out and apologized (this guy did have commendable customer service, he had our order memorized & committed to remaking it – he’s why my review is as high as it is).
Eventually the food was delivered. I thanked the girl who delivered it, she didn’t make eye contact, acknowledge me, or apologize on behalf of the McD’s.
Just a disappointing experience, that’s all.
