Came through the drive through at this location in Alief and I didnt have high expectations because of the location. Ordered a #2 Sausage mcMuffin combo. He upsold me correctly, got the order fresh and correct but the highlight was the African looking lady who I found was a Columbian lady named Elena! How wonderful her personality was! Made the experience wonderful

I would avoid going to the store at all cost. Not clean at all. My food was very cold. The restaurant’s kind of Petty in the sense that they charge $0.15 for mayonnaise even though I asked to take a different condiment off. Didn’t make sense to me but I wasn’t going to argue about it

Here we go again. 40 minute wait for a few cars in the drive thru. Just to get cold and burnt burgers and fries. Seriously. I do sad not even get a receipt this time. It’s like you guys know you fail at the one thing you are supposed to do.
Last time I got extra o ions and mayo when I made it clear several times NO ONIONS and NOoooo Mayo.
I was told at the pick up window I’d have to pay for a sauce packet. After being told at the order window that you couldn’t sell adult Minecraft meals because you were out of toys. News flash. I follow one of your employees who is selling those toys online. You really need to consider a revamp of workers or just close at this point.

Manuel at the first window was outstanding! He was friendly, professional, and had a great attitude that made the drive-thru experience quick and pleasant. It’s rare to see someone so positive and attentive during a busy shift, and he definitely stood out. Thank you, Manuel, for the excellent service!

I wish I could give them a 0 instead of one star I just came through the drive thru ordered 2 five dollar meals one with a double cheeseburger no ketchup no mustard add Mac sauce & they charge me 40cents for the sauce to get home & there’s barely any sauce like it’s not your money it’s mine , then when you call nobody answer the phone but don’t worry I’ll be contacting corporate on y’all as well, cause it’s not the first time either

All these in house rules they have like no coffee after 9pm when they close at 12pm. There is always a issue when ordering. Shut this location down, make a better use of the building or atleast change management.

There’s nothing crispy about the McCrispy chicken strips. 2 out of the four were soggy and the chicken had a weird texture. Came back today. Everything was good until the drive through girl decided to get buck with me all over me ordering my food! If you hate your job that much just quit , no need to take it out on your customers. At least the manager was understanding about the situation, looks like this isn’t even the first time this has happened cause the first thing the manager said was ,”she’s probably fighting with her bf again”. Like bro what she should be grateful she even has a job, anywhere else you’re getting sacked!

Me and my little brother went to McDonald’s and he has 50$ on him we didn’t do much movement just from the cashier to the table and all sudden some cleaning lady was picked up something so close to his chair and we didn’t pay enough attention, when we were done my brother realized his money was gone, we asked to check the cameras we even asked the lady. She said she didn’t took anything, the lady who helped me said she was Alr checking, 6 min later the cleaning lady all of sudden said she found them, they were under the trash can and it was the only bill there there was no more trash or nothing, what a coincidence that 50$ fell to the side, and it was really crumbled up. I know for sure she took them.
