This seems like a lack of respect to me, they charged me 10 dollars for some tough and completely burnt chicken strips. Don’t go to this McDonald’s, it’s terrible.

I just witnessed the Spanish lady cashier purposely ignore a black woman asking for the key to the bathroom after expressing she didn’t mean to interrupt but badly had to go to the bathroom. The cashier ignored her. She asked again after waiting a minute. She ignored her again & continued with the customer. The Spanish man in the line said it again for the black lady but in Spanish. Like hey can you please let her in the bathroom. The cashier says in Spanish, i heard her. & then continued to help the customer she was already helping. So i say, oh so you’re ignoring this lady that has to go to the bathroom on purpose?!?! IT TAKES 2 SECONDS TO LET SOMEONE IN THE BATHROOM!!! Yes she was helping someone, but the black lady asked nicely, expressed how she didn’t mean to interrupt but had to go to the bathroom!! I expressed my anger with that & left!! RACIST & RUDE. If the lady was Hispanic, would you treated her the same way?!

The sausage patty in my Big Breakfast was rancid. Cashier was out of coins so tried to rounded my change DOWN, thus cheating me. When I ask if she could round up to the next available coin, she gave me a rude facial gesture, huffed then demanded I pay for the extra condiments I requested though they were no charge initially. Because they were so sour in attitude next I tried the kiosk that didn’t work and it ate my receipt. When I ask them to unjam it, I was again met with just nasty attitudes.
I went in to use up my free points since when I delivered, they sent only a $3 coffee and omitted the over $40 worth of other food and beverage I order because they were out presumably, though they never gave a reason why. (They should have just cancelled, not charge and not send the items! That’s theft, McDonald’s.)Their integrity is suspect all the way around and to the core trying to skim and scam at every turn.
Improve you standards McDonald’s. When I order I want to eat & relax not play “Texas hold’ um”. Do better!

I was disrespected harshly. I got France fries that were cold, and I asked for some hot fries, and they took the fries out of my bag and put them back in the grease. I did not notice until I got back to my truck. I will be reporting this McDonald’s to the health department ASAP. If they have done it to me, that means they have done it before. There is no respect for people’s health at this location.

Lily gave me horrible service tonight, spoke to me as If i was stupid.
I tried to voice my opinion to the manager on duty, but im guessing she’s the manager. When I went to the window to confront her, she left away and didn’t fix the situation which could have been handled then and there.
I spoke to her team, as someone who know the restaurant industry, I would not want her negligence anywhere near my team. 1 bad apple spoils the rest. Do better next time, hire team members based on positive attitude not experience which lacks compassion.

Manager there zesty dude is unprofessional. Argued to his customers about sauces and talking to employees crazy! We told him we would pay the 20 cents and he still tried to deny us getting sauces!!! Yelling and hollering about how bags should have sauces in each when all we asked was for extra sauces !!! Definitely needs a new manager horrible customer service.

The staff were amazing and attentive. The food arrived hot, and I could have as many drinks as I wanted. The only downside is that there are some unsafe people around the area, but that isn’t related to the place itself—just be a little cautious.

The overnight female worker (no name tag) told me I could only place one order per car, refused to take additional orders, then slammed the window and said she didn’t care. The food I received was cold and messy, and when I asked for a refund, she said she was the manager and couldn’t help. She also made a racist remark and told me to leave.Or she can meet me outside when she get off at 6am and she will be forced to defend her self so basically she treat to hurt me

employees at the drive tru have no help waiting at the microphone for almost 20 minutes to place my order. This area supposed to be fast pace/ fast food area. But very much slow service 0/10 hire more workers. Poor guy working by himself
