The heavy set woman at the drive through window gave me the complete wrong order I ordered a medium orange juice and got a small one then I ordered a big breakfast w hot cakes and it came with most things missing and they gave me the wrong sandwich I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuits and got a completely different sandwich and when I asked for jelly and hot sauce she rolled her eyes

Placed a mobile order and added a caramel frappe, the item was available on the app at this location. At the window they told me they didn’t have frappes so I asked can I have that refunded, because it is an extra charge. The boy said he doesn’t know about that. How can you not edit my check and refund it? I’m going to call and make a report to the manager. Literally stealing from me is crazy.

I have eaten here numerous times in the mornings and I just have to let you know that you have a gem on your staff by the name Sharon. This young lady is everything any employer should ever want. My friend and I waited for about half an hour inside McDonald’s to get our food. When we asked if there was someone to take our food, the McDonald’s staff rudely and rudely told us that we had to order online and pay online in the machine there. This McDonald’s runs like the lights are on but nobody’s driving the spaceship. I tried to redeem a clearly labeled free large fry reward, and the staff just stood there blinking at the screen. They kept saying “it’s not letting me” and even asked if it was for points… while we were literally holding the phone right in front of them showing “FREE LARGE FRY.”
When they finally handed over the fries, they were stale, like they’d been waiting for someone else’s disappointment.
We went back through for two McDoubles: one with only ketchup and cheese, the other with extra onions. Somehow, through a level of logic that defies physics, they dumped the extra onions onto the one that was supposed to have none.
If confusion was an ingredient, they serve it in every order.
