This location needs some attention. The inside is contemporary/modern and has a small area – play place for the children. The things that needs improvement are the menu screens are broken. It’s inconvenient to wait in the front to ask for refills and condiments. Also homeless people would come in to ask customers for change. Other than that, everything was fine.

I order a 10 piece meal with large fries, sweet tea, and 2 plain cheese burgers.when I got home I noticed I had a fish filet, 2 cold cheeseburgers, an UN sweet tea and my fries were ok. I went back to get my order fixed and I got my correct order, but the manger gave me a medium fry instead of a large because he said I ate too many. So I just paid for a large fry since he refused to give me a new fry. The nuggets were cold and the burgers were cold. It’s not like they were busy and I was willing to wait. People will continue to go to that McDonald’s because of convenience, but I will not be one of them. Poor customer service and management. The ONLY person who was nice was the guy who took my order and made sure it was correct.

Let’s talk about McDonald’s and their incredible jalapeño ‘deal.’ Want a single slice of jalapeño on the side? Well, brace yourself because apparently that tiny piece of pepper is worth 50 cents each. Yes, each. It’s like they’re running a high-end jalapeño boutique and we’re all just here trying not to get nickel-and-dimed for a little bit of spice. And trust me, this isn’t a one-time thing—it’s like that at almost every location, especially in areas that can least appreciate this kind of nonsense. It’s honestly maddening. So yeah, if you’re in the mood to pay top dollar for a single jalapeño slice and leave feeling a bit ripped off, McDonald’s has you covered. PS see picture attached. This cost $2.50 and there was a whole two more slices/circles of pickled jalapeños in this box when I got my order. And these employees will argue up and down that it is sold by the slice when it clearly states online it’s anywhere from 4 to 5 maybe a little more per “side” of jalapeños. I ordered six sides by the way. Also, lady at register looks like she just got out of jail and her service is as such. Sorry, not sorry.

They missed my extra patty request for 4th times in a row. How can it be that difficult? It is written as the first thing below the “double cheeseburger”. I wouldn’t mind if it was just one time, but I am paying extra $1.30 every time I add a patty, and don’t get the product. It is really annoying.

The worst McDonald’s that I’v ever been to. I ordered through the app, but they couldn’t find my order using the drive-thru code. They told me to go inside and speak with the manager, he couldn’t find it either. I showed them my receipt that showed the correct address, but didn’t care it. The manager was like “I can’t give you foods for free.” That was very unprofessional and unsettling.

After 20–30 minutes, they finally figured out that my order had been marked as “unavailable” in their system —but I still have no idea what the heck that was supposed to mean. If the burger was actually unavailable, it should’ve been unavailable from the start. But no—they ended up making one for me anyway, which makes zero sense.

During that entire wait, no one said “sorry” even once. Yeah, I got my food in the end, but I was extremely disappointed by their unprofessional attitude. I checked their Google reviews afterward—no surprise they’ve been collecting so many bad reviews.

They be so slow no reason it’s 5pm 2 cars in line and I’m still waiting for someone to come to the speaker. That’s ridiculous it should be all hands on deck at this time. They need new management over here bad. They don’t have enough staff , my food always cold, it’s ridiculous honestly. & messily ran. I have to drive to the location down the street most times because this one is so stressful

I been in this Mc Donald’s before and been treated so bad. But this time it was super different and loved the service! The gentleman who took my order was so polite! I was use to being looked and told out loud-rudely “NEXT!” This time this young man greeted me and smiled asked me kindly for my order. I over heard his name, “Michael” and he explained I had 3 sauce to choose from for my nuggets. Michael made my day just with his kindness and taking the time to get my order. I don’t know if he is a manager or what, but he should be if not! The place was clean, organized, the environment was pleasant. Even the restroom was clean and it was just perfect. Michael also asked, “Do you want to dine in or take out!” I am use to being told in a fast tone without eye contact, “Is it to take or for here!” But this young man was so, professional and I was surprised, in no rush, just taking his time. As a customer we are use to being talked in a fast tone, no eye contact, and feeling unwelcome. I will stop by this McDonald’s more frequently when I come from Texas Children’s Hospital! I recommend this McDonald’s that has a great service and I guess a new manager!

Went through the drive-thru the manager had a attitude she said I was not a senior for my coffee she was really unprofessional how she talked to me through the drive-thru but I understand that she’s a manager and sometimes things will happen but as a manager you should not be mean or talked to the customer she was a Hispanic manager don’t know her name but she was having a bad morning let God be with her and hopefully y’all will talk to her about being more polite to the customer and not try to tell me my age because I don’t look that old

Whoever the jerks that are working there tonight should be fired. I had a Doordash order scheduled between 1:10-1:30am. I got the notification via Doordash app that they had confirmed my order at 12:30am. The dasher was waiting forever. He even showed via text that at the drive-thru window, no one was present. It turned into 1:45am and the dasher was still there, but a little later they left due to no response. I had to cancel my whole order. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION. I never had issues before. Please remove whoever these overnight jerks are.

There are some nice employees but more than once I did not receive what I ordered and this was even after they took the receipt. That speak to a whole new level of incompetence. Why ask for the receipt if you are still going to give me the wrong order. It’s frustrating.
