It was a good place to take the kids, since most McDonalds places dont have an inside play area anymore. But this one does. It was clean, only thing is that the chashier was making us order on the self checkout, and were ok with that but other people needed help and I had to help them because there was no employees paying attention to see when anyone needed help. I dont mind but i had 4 kids to watch over. So i really wanted to go sit down with them. Plus we had to be in the front waiting for our food even though we got a tag thing for the table. Also we had to come back to the front to get tea because they forgot our cups. And finnally, i had to tell them after like 3 minutes of the alarm ringing, to turn it off because apperently no employee could hear it going off when a little kid accedentally opened the emergency door. I think thats a safety issue, what if it was a real fire and they cant hear the alarm going off in the kids play area?

I went through the drive thru of McDonald’s waited a good 15 to 20 mins to order and when I ordered I asked for filet o fish but fresh please they said ok there going to make it fresh this is what I got a burnt fish that looked like it had been sitting for a while and just got reheated up! And I just got off of work and was hungry unbelievable.

It’s supposed to be open 24 hrs nobody there at 4 am all the lights on it says we’re open but nobody I mean nobody did anything they should shut this McDonald’s down let everyone see what it’s like to not work don’t give them unemployment let them appreciate a job cause theses people lost site of doing a job to the fullest extent absolutely the worst experience I’ve had most of the reviews of this place are negative why do they keep it open I really don’t understand at all

The only good thing about my husband and mine experience was the older African American man’s service for us. The young Mexican man taking orders told us to order at the kiosk. Which we didn’t. Didn’t know the specials. Like the 2 for 6 deal . The young African American woman Manager was rude and racist . We work both of us…we don’t have a car so had a cart cause we went shopping at Walmart. We were called homeless white people. Under her breath and to her coworkers. I should of contacted corporate. Terrible treatment to customers!! Do not recommend!!

For the past few months, service time has been horrible. Curbside takes 30 minutes or more. Drive through can take almost as long, but is usually quicker than curbside. They also recently started declining order changes before payment. Very inconvenient. A customer can just drive off without paying and getting their order. This is literally the worst McDonald’s. Don’t come here.

Ordered and paid on the ap for drive thru. Arrived and was told pull up to the 2nd window to order. She said I’m only doing breakfast and only cash. When asked about my money that was already taken out of my acct. She says oh you cancel that. Wrong you cannot cancel once you place the order. I went to Whataburger. At least they gave me the food I ordered on their ap. 24 hours is not what it used to be!! @ 4:45am.

We went thru the drive thru and ordered a Big Mac meal, two nugget meals, a caramel frappe and a plain cheeseburger. When we arrived at the window to pick up the order, we were missing the Big Mac meal. Looking at the receipt, she did not ring us up for it. And the lady that gave us the order said she couldnt take the order for the missing meal. She had me pull forward where I waited over 5 mins. I parked and went inside and placed the order for the missing Big Mac meal. I waited quite a bit for the Big Mac meal and even asked about it twice. When I got the meal I went back to my car and took the meals home to my kids. The two nugget meals were cold by now. And when we opened the Big Mac meal THE BIG MAC HAD MAYONNAISE INSTEAD OF BIG MAC SAUCE. What the heck! I took pictures. I called the store and the number just rings. We do not eat mayonnaise so we had the throw them Big Mac away and split the cold nugget meals between the three of them. Which was not enough for the three of them. So now I have am out the money for the meal and still have hungry kids. I usually dont complain like this but this experience was just horrible. Im so disappointed.

I usually don’t leave bad, bad reviews but this place is horrible! Pulled up to the drive-thru line at 10:17 a.m. got up to order at 10:29 a.m. Tried to order breakfast they told me they didn’t have breakfast. I thought breakfast ended at 10:30… Worst McDonald’s ever! Will definitely not return to this one.
