Had to wait 20 mins inside for a Large coke order not sure why it takes that long for just a soda. I always come through drive thru but thought inside would be faster, i was wrong. The people at the second drive through window never say thank you ever i know working for mc donald’s is hard to stay positive i used to work at mc donald’s i know it sucks but when did they stop getting on you guys to have good customer service. you think it doesn’t matter but i never leave reviews i always thought it was corny but it starts to have an affect when you have a place that doesn’t even have simple manners. I will get names next time i don’t know if they still care about reviews but i remember at my store they did and they would get on us if we had a negative review that was like 6+ years ago but yknow sometimes it helps you can’t get too comfortable and forget you work in a customer service industry.

During lunchtime and they weren’t even busy, sending everybody in the drive thru to park and wait. All I ordered was a black coffee, a SINGULAR MEDIUM BLACK COFFEE and they immediately send me to wait as well. How the heck are you not able to handle the simplest of orders in a timely manner?

Placed my order. Woman changed my order without telling me and didn’t give me a total before pulling around. The man at the window gave me a total with no other details and I didn’t receive a receipt. Get gk the window given wrong food. Try to tell employee and dismissed. Except they didn’t give us one. Then tried to place blame on us for receiving the wrong thing. Like drilling with questions. Did they ask you if your order was correct? No she never even read it back. Tried to call and speak to a manager and was hung up on. When given refund they expected me to leave my card with them and pull around so yes the line was delayed– but because your employees are abusing your customers and the blaming them for their mistakes. Do better.

Manager at window was not courteous. Did not greet us or bother to interact with us. We needed to ask for more sauces but closed the window before we had the chance to speak up. Had to wait at the window for about a minute before she acknowledged that we were still waiting at the window. Just rude. It’s not hard to say hello, especially as the manager.

On multiple visits, even when the drive-thru is not busy, I’m asked to pull into a parking space. Today, with only one car ahead of me, both that customer and I were sent to separate lanes and received our food at the same time—after a nine-minute wait.
It appears customers are being parked to reduce drive-thru time metrics. I understand this practice from having worked in fast food, but as a customer, it is frustrating and negatively impacts the experience.

Came to this location after a long night of working and getting off at 3am. Only to find out they ONLY HAVE 2 menu items a spicy McChicken and a regular McChicken like how crazy is that!!!! You have a whole restaurant open to sell two items like no wonder there was no one in line but trust me I won’t be back.

I only come to this location because its the closest. Bad service, the manager always has an attitude and is rude to her employees and customers. Some employees must be either dumb or not trained properly. They can’t even get a simple coffee correct. You would think when you tell them how much cream and sugar you want they would put it in your coffee. Nope, I got a black coffee. They mess up orders almost all of the time. I always have to check the bags to make sure they put everything in and they still get upset when you call them out on it. Terrible service

This McDonald’s has gone to the waist basket. Their service is horrible. Their food product presentation is horrible. They have bunch of managers that don’t check quality of food and stay on top of employees for their work performance. I will not return to this McDonald’s unless I have a personal assurance from corporate or owner that things will change. I spend to much money AT McDonald’s generally for a family of 6. I am posting pics of a cheeseburger that was poorly put together. How can someone put a hamburger or cheeseburger so poorly? One who doesn’t care. They need to fire employees who willfully prepare food so badly to the customers.
