Today I visited 8920 clearwood houston McDonald’s and unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. I have never experienced something like this at McDonald’s before. As soon as I walked in, I noticed that the employees at the counter were not paying attention to the customers. They were busy talking among themselves and did not seem concerned that customers were standing there waiting to place their orders.
After I placed my order, I went to use the restroom. The floor was completely wet, and it did not look like it had been cleaned properly. The walls were also very dirty, which was disappointing to see.
When I came back out and picked up my order, I decided to dine in. I noticed there was trash all over the floor in the dining area. There were straws, paper, and other garbage scattered around. I stay there 39 minutes Employees were repeatedly walking over the trash, but no one made any effort to clean it up. The floor clearly had not been mopped and looked very dirty.
Dinning tables was not clean too
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Cleanliness and customer service are very important, and unfortunately, both were lacking during my visit.

Mcdonalds Burger
Placed a mobile order online and went to pick it up. The line was moving pretty quick so I was happy about that, but I had a feeling something was off since it was moving too quickly. I got my food and drove home and when I opened up my bag. My LARGE fries look like someone just grabbed a handful of fries and ate it before they put it in my bag. Not to mention the fries were soggy too. Cmon guys, I know it aint hard to fill up them fries in the damn container. Smh…

I been coming here for a minute but service and the quality of the fast food went from okay to worse. There will not be another day that I pay for a drink that is not filled to the top. The first thing they teach you in the fast food industry is fill the drink to the top. If I’m paying for something don’t cheat me out of what I’m paying for. The lil curly hair dude at the window who fix the drinks said he don’t mind if I take a picture and show it to the owner. Nasty attitude, He wouldn’t be working my establishment at all.When we purchase a kids meal don’t put 5 fries in the container and forget the other fry also. When I pay for extra lettuce don’t give me a few strand of soggy lettuce, if I pay for cheese don’t forget the cheese. It the simple things, even if the food ain’t the best get to order correct please. After today , I’m motivated to now eat at home and save more money.

I recently stopped by McDonald’s and ordered the Deluxe Double Quarter Pounder with a large fry, a Coke, and a Shamrock Shake. The staff was friendly and even brought the food to my table, which I really appreciated. However, I do miss being able to order through a person instead of the self-serve kiosks — it just feels more personal.
As for the meal itself, it was a mixed bag. The burger was pretty sloppy: the buns felt too small for the amount of meat and sauce, and everything started to fall apart as I ate. The flavor was decent, but the overall construction made it hard to enjoy.
The fries were okay — crispy at first, but they cooled down a little too fast. The Shamrock Shake was overly sweet for my taste and didn’t seem to be made with high-quality ice cream. It felt more artificial than indulgent.
All in all, the service was great, but the food execution and ordering experience left something to be desired.

The fries are NEVER salted. It does not matter what time of day you go,they just employees refuse to add salt to the fries. Also there’s been a few times that they have not given me all the food I’ve ordered. The chicken nuggets almost always are undercooked and taste mushy. The one on clearwood is 100 times better and the one in walmart across the street is by far the best in this area.

I ordered three sausage Mc griddles and only received two. I called to let them know and they told me to come back whenever to get my order correct. I came back today and they didn’t want to give me my missing Mc griddle. They claimed the person I spoke with on the phone no longer worked there.

Went through drive thru. Lady that took order was super sweet. She asked me to drive up, did not specify to which window. I saw someone getting their order from 3rd window. As I drove up to 2nd window, there was a gentleman standing with his back towards window, I waited 1-2 minutes, he never turned so I drove to 3rd window. Then a female with glasses and freckles opened window and told me “do you not want your food?” I said I’m sorry, I could not believe she was talking to me like that. She did not say it with a joking tone. She sounded upset that she had to take my food to 3rd window. I was with my mom taking her back to Houston and had to be embarrassed that our San Antonio employees would talk to us in such a way. Absolutely disgusting! Will not be going back to this location.

Super sketchy with all th3 homeless in the parking loitering right by the exit door, walking up to people’s vehicles in the parking lot. People walking in with cups from their cars, refilling drinks and leaving. Did not feel safe there at all. Turned around and left.

This is the busiest McDonald’s location in the entire area. With that being said, you know you will get your fries super piping hot. Even the Door Dash delivery from this location is super hot. No complaints here. Also Jose is one of best here. He’s super nice and helpful!
