Horrible service, while placing my order the lady asked me if i’m going to use the app, I say yes then she doesnt ask for my code, then at the window i give them my code andi get hit with an ugly look from the lasy at the window. Then they get my drinks wrong to top it off. Food was good tho and the girl who took my food out was nice.

Yes it’s a truck rest stop but the service from Mc Donald’s is top tier! My food is always hot and fresh. And I don’t have to wait long for my order to be ready like at other places. They always get my order right the first time.

Roel did an excellent job taking my order at the drive through. I can be a picky eater so a lot of it is customized. He got everything down to the T. I didn’t need to repeat myself. That blew my mind. I’m always asked to be repeated not today. Got my food quick and was on my way. Thank you McDonalds and again big shoutout to Roel

Absolutely unacceptable idk how or who did this but this is absolutely terrible I was so hungry i stopped for lunch to grab a burger with my co worker and this is what we both received as the bottom bun for a quarter pounder with cheese I been saying I was gonna stop eating fast food but this is a confirmation further I hope those who go to this establishment especially check your stuff before you leave or you will end up like me with bugs or something in your bottom bun pause

I asked for two hot n spicies with the basket of fries and they gave me McChicken instead with no fries. When I corrected them they looked like they were mad at me and went to change my stuff. When he came back I still didn’t get me other fries I got from using my McDonald’s app but I didn’t say anything since I didn’t want to wait another 10 minutes on just fries

This by far is the worst McDonalds ever. It doesn’t matter what you order you always have to park and wait forever. I order a nugget happy meal & parked never got my food. It’s a bunch of young immature, bad attitude having kids in there at night. I can honestly say I want ever go back.
