Saturday was our first time trying this place in person. And my kids loved it. The seating was quick. The server was super sweet. And she was doing a few tables at a time but each time she walked past. She asked us if we were doing ok. I always read the reviews before trying new places. But this place was a 10/10. Even as soon as you walk through the door you’re being greeted!!
She recommended the perfect amount of food for the 3 of us. So i can tell she knows her stuff.
We will come back again!

Juicy Seafood, thanks for replying and addressing my review. The rating I gave is as follows. Poor service, poor atmosphere, and due to the authentic judgement I received, that affected how your food tasted. Sadly I wasn’t accepted into this restaurant as a valued customer. My origin was more important and your staff made sure to make me feel that I didn’t belong there. I am now speculating but I assume that’s how they feel about others. Like you mentioned since you don’t get much Asian customers I assume this is the proper approach your staff should have towards Asian customers who dine in your restaurant. After sharing my experience to my African American friends, they felt bad for not going with me as it probably would have changed the vibe. Nevertheless I tipped your staff. Since you don’t get much Asian customers your business will still be fine.

Hi, I am not from Ohio. Decided to eat here because an African American friend of mines recommended this place to try. My friend boasts about this place for the vibe and food.
I will try to be short and sweet. First off, my experience may differ from others and sadly it maybe because of how I look. I was greeted by 2 African American boys at the front door. Looked to be in there teens one in a red shirt and another in a black shirt. Off the bat kid in the black shirt greets me with “Are you here to pick up” I respond with a no and asked to dine in. Before the kid in the black shirt responded, the kid in the red shirt asked if I knew Mandy. Thinking it was a friendly question I proceeded to tell the kid I wasn’t from around here telling him I was from out of state specifically naming California. I don’t have an Asian accent and speak English fluently. Kid in the red shirt proceeds to ask if I was from China.
The relevance of that question was beginning to create a nice vibe. The hostess, a woman waiting at the podium, cuts him off before he can proceed talking more about my Chinese looks, calls him out and says that was a racist comment. She asks “Why are you racist?” At this point she was staring at the kid in the red shirt.
It is interesting an African American kid providing this vibe greeting me at the front door. The authenticity was real I guess. It made me excited for what kind of food I was going to get from this joint. I ordered fried catfish, fried oysters with a side of fries and some clam chowder. I am from California and Ohio at this time still has snow. I wasn’t feeling the food. Not sure if the taste was killed by this vibe. I just tried to enjoy this vibe as much as I could take.
After leaving a tip, I don’t think I will be coming back to this place. I will definitely let my peers, who will be here next week on travel, to avoid this place due to the vibe it provides. Today’s date 02/18/2026.

I had an amazing time here at juicy and always do I appreciate the great customer service from my server Christal and of course lay! I ate everything lol but yes the sauce is just enough and if you need an extra dipper get a side for 3.25 only! You can’t beat it the prices are reasonable and the flavor is just immaculate! This was our first time getting a seafood boil from a restaurant (we’ve made our own at home before). I was super skeptical with how the portions would be and if we would have enough sauce without having to order extra. I was also super skeptical getting takeout, as some restaurants don’t give correct portions for to-go orders. We were blown away with not only the portions, but the amount of sauce/seasoning and how perfectly everything was cooked. I would definitely recommend this place and we will be returning.

This was my first time to visit this place and The Juicy Seafood Restaurant and Bar and it was worth it!
The place had a DJ when I arrived. The menu was excellent if you’re a seafood lover like me.
Since I was alone, I ordered the Gumbo seafood soup which had an excellent authentic taste. Then my main dish was 12 pcs grilled Oysters (my fave) cooked with the Juicy Seasoning and boy was I in Oyster heaven!
My server Stan was also very attentive and courteous.
This is a must not to be missed restaurant in the greater Cleveland Ohio area!

Best seafood boil I’ve ever had. I have driven through a snowstorm to come get a bag, it’s that good. Hush puppies, calamari, and steamed oysters are all good apps. The boil bags are very customizable. The fruit punch and hennyritas are 10/10. Flavor is amazing and the RnB vibes are immaculate. I will always come back. Stan was our server, served a party of 15 and was great, didn’t miss a thing.

Today I brought my mother whom birthday it was and 2 other people ..The food was great but the service from our waitress Lanna was terrible..she greeted us with water.. not a smile, not a hello my name is lanna etcc, also while wearing a Nike hoodie no name tag just very unprofessional attire.. she asked if we were ready to order.. so we proceeded to order. we began asking if we could sub or add on to the special orders…she got frustrated about the questions we were asking(no big deal) the order was put In and we didn’t see her until she brought the food ,bill and Togo bags..while bringing all of that, she never said a word she just sat there things on the table…and my tip for her unpleasant.. so she follows us out the restaurant upset about her tip..also very unprofessional and dangerous.. it was also very cold in the building, just very uncomfortable..the workers sat by a heater that you see on the floor to stay warm in the area they were eating and sitting at. Not to mention we drove over and hour for this experience

The location itself lively, but not as clean and the service took forever. It’s even worse when you sit at the back and no one frequents the area. However, when our waiter did come around, which was next to Slim chances he was pleasant to deal with.
The food is the one that gets all the stars delicious would recommend got the seafood boil and the fried shrimp and no complaints there.
I don’t know if you just need to come earlier in the day or come at all, but I hope the next time I return the service will be better.

The sauce was great! Everything was well seasoned. Monica was our server and she was so attentive patient and accommodating when we made a last min change to the order. I will definitely be coming back!

The king crab doesn’t come in a combo so everything else you get you pay for an extra combo. They don’t really give you a lot of sauce in the bag either, but the food and sauce are good. I’ve never order dine-in, only take out and delivery sometimes when I don’t feel like driving.
Aesthetically it’s really pretty inside. It makes you feel like you’re sitting near shores waiting for a fresh catch. It’s really spacious, but when I went in it could used a little cleaning. There were some tables that hadn’t been cleaned off after being eaten at. I wasn’t there long so I’m not sure how long they had been like that, but the floor needed to be swept also. I added my own eggs when I got home. My food was $110, but I like what I like. Was it worth that much? Probably more like $90, but I was satisfied.
