Usually this location is nice until there’s an issue. I placed an order through the app, but when I arrived, they couldn’t find it in their system. The woman I assume is a leader or assistant manager asked for my order number, which I gave her along with what I ordered, just a small smoothie. Instead of telling me she couldn’t find the order, she completely ignored me and left me waiting. A younger employee tried to help, but I saw her tell him not to. Then I noticed the Hispanic manager with glasses behind the counter and asked her about my order. She looked it up but also couldn’t find it. Instead of just remaking the order like most managers would after seeing proof of purchase, she wasn’t much help either. I had to ask what I should do to get a refund or fix the issue instead of her explaining it to me. I’ve noticed the younger employees here are generally much nicer and more helpful than the older staff. I didn’t want to argue over something so small, so I just went to another store in the food court to get a smoothie before my movie started.

Forgot sauces. Had to stand 10 minutes when they were hardly busy, no one acknowledged me. Food got cold by now. Per owner’s directive, NO DRINK REFILLS, after a loaded glass of ice with little soda. I WON’T EVER come here again!

Absolutely discrase of a franchise, ordered a Big Mac given me a Fish O lit then the only guy in a green shirt instead of apologising said I called out your order which he never did as I was standing right next to the counter! Won’t support the McDonald’s brand with this attitude!! They don’t get orders right and still rude!! They should replace this staff as it giving the franchise a bad image!!!

I ordered a simple order, just a few double cheeseburgers and a chicken sandwich and for some reason on my plain, double cheeseburgers Which never come with anything other than mustard and ketchup, had a mayo on them and not just a little bit so much that the bun was literally ripping apart it was disgusting And a waste of time because I had to get up go re-order the food and waste time on my break

Read updates about McDonald’s. They put fillers in the milkshake and meats. It’s time to hold these companies to a real health standard. If they don’t want to clean up the product, then we should stop eating their products. Only soda and water are safe.

God forbid you run out of fries. It’s a small fries that come with the happy meal, and you can choose extra, small fries instead of apple slices or yogurt. Or is it extra small? Either way they’re the only McDonald’s that do this, I’ve gone to about 4 or 5 other different ones and they’ve given me two small fries.
At least their chicken nuggets aren’t ugly and burnt this time.
