I went to Arby’s to try their new Steak Nugget Mac n Cheese Bowl. $10 for this… barely any Mac bc cheese… 2 fries on top… 5 or 6 measly steak nuggets. FOR TEN DOLLARS. And this doesn’t even fill the bowl up at all… I was expecting it to be filled as it is advertised on their menu and in commercials. An absolute disgrace to steak and Mac n cheese.

Uber eats I ordered 2 roast beef N cheddar sandwiches one a meal with a coke.
I get this… no drink, no sauce, not roast beef N cheddar. It’s not hard at all my goodness
And to the lady who actually ordered this meal you dodged a bullet look at this dry mess….just a lack of care. Imagine you go out to eat and someone sits some mess like this in front of you and tell you it’s $21 +
Please hire people who not only need a job but will take pride in the work afterwards

This is the 3rd time we’ve had food quality issues since the remodel. No one seems to care about the food quality. I ordered Roast Beef Slider that was all soggy and meat just thrown on it. Poppers I ordered were Luke warm at best. Wife got a 4 piece nuggets & Crinkle Cut fries. She only got 3 nuggets and her fries weren’t even warm. The cost of the food isn’t even worth it. Better off finding another location to eat.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at the Arby’s in New Bern. Not only did I get the end piece of bread for my sandwich, which totally ruins the whole texture and flavor, but they also forgot my roast beef slider altogether. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not have it made right. I’ve always had high expectations for Arby’s, but this time it really fell short.

I was so disappointed in our recent take out at the New Bern Arby’s location. Between the curt drive through service and the bland, over cooked, under seasoned food, all amazing memories of eating a fun Arby’s meal went out the window. Three different orders (classic roast beef, steak bites and a gyro) were all awful. All were thrown away: I’m so sad, Arby’s has either gone down hill; or this particular location. Just doesn’t care.

I’ve been to this location several times now and I can honestly say do NOT go here if they are not busy.
Each time I have gone here when they where busy my food was fresh and delicious but, each time I’ve gone here and it was not busy my food was old and I regretted my purchase.

The worst $11.73 I’ve spent in a long time. I ordered the Greek gyro combo, but received a pita, tomato and lettuce combo pretty much. There was barley any meat, and the meat I had was cold , fries were cold, the fruit punch was the real MVP of that meal. The lady in the drive thru was complaining that a customer had their wait time over 5 mins, so them trying to get their time down trumped serving quality food.
