I stopped by for a Filet-O-Fish sandwich, and it seemed like it was thrown together in a real hurry. When I took a bite, the fish patty was alarmingly undercooked. It was more like a piece of sushi than a properly fried fish fillet.
The speed of service shouldn’t come at the expense of food safety and quality. An undercooked fish sandwich is simply unacceptable. I’m hoping this was a one-off mistake, but based on this visit, I’d recommend that the kitchen staff slow down and make sure all items are cooked thoroughly.

I Mean Wow!!!!! This Freaking McDonald’s scores very High. I’m absolutely impressed by the quality of the food and especially by how well designed and maintained this location is. One of the Nicest McDonald’s I’ve seen in a While. Great Job Everyone! And congrats to the Leadership team!!

I went into the restroom to calm down my baby because she was crying and super fussy. one of the employees that works at this location was being super obnoxious and kept constantly slamming the restroom door. She was on the phone with someone for probably 15-20 minutes and I heard her mumbling something then looked towards us and scoffed! She then left again and proceeded to slam the door again. My baby got scared again and started to cry all over again. She would come back in and out and kept doing the same thing. She knew what she was doing and kept on doing it multiple times. I was there for an hour before my baby finally calmed down. I live out of town and stopped by here after an appointment before driving an hour back home. Horrible experience.

Exceptionally slow service. The location on South Bryant is much faster and the location is easier to get in and out of. Avoid this location if at all possible. 20 minutes to wait for an ice cream cone, other people were waiting 30+ minutes for food. This was at 7pm on a Thursday night.

My all around experience at this location was awful I went in on thanksgiving morning and the girl at the window had the worst attitude and not only that but I submitted my breakfast order before they had stopped serving breakfast and they REFUSED to make my order. It was just an extreme inconvenience and her attitude just made everything 1000x worse. Just go to the one on south Bryant I have never had an issue there and staff always friendly.

It was ok. The restaurant was clean. They were out of frappe coffees. I ordered a chicken sandwich. It was so dry and the brioche bun was tough. I couldn’t even eat the bottom bun. There was no mayo, ketchup, mustard, or any kind of sauce whatsoever on the sandwich. I ordered extra pickles, so they put 2 extra pickles on my sandwich which helped a little. The fries were hot and fresh. Definitely not worth the $11 this meal cost. I should have just ordered the $2 McChicken.

We ordered from the electronic screen and had our food and cups brought to us at our table. The whole establishment was clean, the employees were polite and our food was delivered quickly and it was delicious. The playground area was a lot of fun for our 2 year old.

i went this morning and got a few things-at mcdonalds- got home, gave my husband his and took mine to the office– i open it (bacon egg and cheese) and it has MOLD all over it–it’s hard as a rock and moldy– i was like OMG look at yours before you eat it! everything else in the bag was fine–so i have no idea what happened, but maybe somehow someone grabbed the wrong one– i was going to just send online feedback, but my husband wanted to take it back up there–so he did. The general manager literally called him a liar. Said that there is NO way that happened and that it didn’t come from their store and they wouldn’t be doing anything about it. gave it back to him and that was that. Again, i don’t know how this happened, and i don’t think it was intentional. I wasn’t asking for anything else to be replaced, just the one sandwich, but that didn’t happen. I wasn’t mad, but getting treated like that in front of employees and customers over a $3 item is unacceptable. We haven’t ever taken anything back to the store before-And we will never be going back to it again.

⚠️ Went through the drive thru last night to order for the family. Got home and the order had extra items that were charged that I had not ordered. The order for my burger was completely wrong and I was charged extra for sauce I never received. Then to top it off my burger was completely raw for which I did not find out until I had consumed several bites and my daughter had alerted me that her burger was raw after taking a bite, then spiting it out… Ball’s in your court mcdonald’s.
