The low rating has nothing to do with the gentleman running both the kitchen and register. My issue is with the facility being so short staffed they have one very polite young man doing everything and orders are backed up. That’s not fair for the customers nor the gentleman on shift. By the time we finally get our food, it’s cold. People in que have told me they have been there waiting for 45 minutes… for pizza… I hope they hire more workers to aid the situation.

Everytime i order online they always mess up. Anytime i do a half and half they just combine the toppings on one. They never remember my sauce for my breadsticks and they will forget parts of your order if its not one box if pizza. And you can call them because nobody is ever on the line

The store has frequently run out of items tonight they have run out of onions and also failed to inform customers that they are severely low on bacon. And cannot fulfill orders that require bacon to be present on a pizza. They prepared an order of two out of three pizzas wrong. The cashier refused to give me a refund upon request for the two pizzas with a receipt. When I asked for the manager and supervisor I was told there was none present. I asked for a manager or number or the supervisor’s number “I was told I don’t know” This location is unprofessional. Please do not waste your time or money to go there. It is worth the drive and time to travel to either the Jackson or Covington locations.

We have problems every time we eat here and each problem has gotten worse and worse. tonight the worker didn’t not answer when I said I had a pick up order, he just looked at me and walked away and then would only peak around the corner every ten minutes instead of actually coming out to take orders. I stood there for 30-45 minutes just waiting for him to bring me my food that was already ready. When he handed me my pizza finally, it wasn’t even warm anymore. There was a lady there with me who said she had been waiting for atleast an hour just for two pepperoni pizzas. There’s no way it’s that difficult to make pizza. This specific little Caesar’s needs to find some strict management to get this place back together. Def not worth this service. Granted we only go here when we want a quick bite without all the hassle, hassle seems the be the only thing anyone in this place knows.

App hasn’t let you order day of for months, pizza is always undercooked when asking for well baked. Sauce tastes like hotdog water. Takes 30 minutes+ for a pizza slightly more complicated than pepperoni. Some employees are rude. They stay understaffed. Phone never gets picked up. Some employees can’t even read the order you submit in the app. Sad that this location used to be half decent but all the good employees leave for obvious reasons.

Great place to pick up a quick bite. Hot wings, pizza, bread sticks, $5 hot and ready. It’s has a good vibe, friendly fast service. Also you can pick up at the drive through. Choices in this area is always a good thing. Walk in place your order with your next fill up and they will be ready at just about the same time.

Pizza is hot and fresh, one out of five restaurants in area. Sometimes the pizza can be cooked a little more as dough doesn’t seem to be thoroughly cooked. Still edible just a recommendation. Only 3 workers were there when I last ordered, was not very welcoming but did come to register fairly quickly! I left the drive thru because the car in front of me had ordered and was just sitting there until food was ready which resulted in me having to back up out of line and go inside to order a standard pepperoni pizza to go. Workers should make customers drive back around to receive order. Not wait at drive thru which affects other customers.

This must be the worst Little Caesar’s. At 5 pm today I tried to order online. The earliest appointment was tomorrow. I assumed their must be a problem with the online order. Called twice and no answer. Changed the store to jackson and the same online order let me order and pick up in 20 minutes. I keep trying the local store but it gets worst and worst. The owner needs to correct or close. No excuse to consistently be this bad.
