First time trying it. Ordered around 8pm, Picked up a Hot-N-Ready 15 minutes later — it was hot, ready, and almost crispy enough to write home about. Could’ve used a few more oven minutes, as the bottoms and sides were a little raw. Would let them feed me again!

Absolutely unacceptable. My five year-old could cut this pizza better!!!!!!!! I had the worst service possible and watched one of the girls in the back with no gloves making pizzas. I got a quarter a cup of sauce and a mound of uncooked half raw breadsticks. I will never go back!!!!!!!!!!

I come to get a quick pizza. It’s never quick, it always takes 15-20 mins. If I wanted to wait 20 mins I would go across the street. They are cooking pizza to order, so unless you just really like their pizza don’t brother.

Typical pizza food chain. Prices are the main selling point. Can easily feed a family of 4 for less than 25 bucks. (Plus leftovers)
However their fancier pizzas are a bit hit or miss. I recently purchased the 100 pepperoni fanceroni and there was NOWHERE NEAR 100 pepperonis. Probably had twice as many as a standard pepperoni pizza.
To me this isn’t a big deal but to provide this and not at least get close to that number, yet to charge for is i would easily say this is a problem. Not a big issue but needs to be addressed.
Since im reviewing i also should say that at times the pizzas doneness is another hit or miss. (However this is common across the board.) It could be just the employees working but it wouldn’t hurt to have more consistency.
Just a few tweaks and its a serious contender for one of the best pizza chains around.

So I mainly grade on whether or not the ExtraMostBestest Cheese pizza, the higher end cheese pizza, is made correctly. Many time I’ll order it and get the basic cheap cheese pizza, not the better one. I am halpy to say this location did a great job. The ExtraMostBestest Cheese pizza was fantastic. We also ordered 5 other pizzas, all of which came out perfectly. And this was during rush hour halloween night. Great job!

I have been going here for about a year at least twice a week and here lately the bottom of burnt at first your associate said it’s a cheese that is burnt it is the crust you need to turn down your heat because I do not like burnt bottom I have told them when I go into lunch which is a couple times a week and tonight was the first time I got home and the bottoms of the pepperoni cheese bread and pizza were burnt there’s another pizza place right next door I do like Caesar’s Pizza but I do not like burnt bottoms

It’s a toss of the coin on whether you’ll get a decently made anything. Very rude management makes the high turnaround not surprising. The manager actually told me I would be charged just to have him open the door and pull out another Italian cheese bread to compare as I was not happy with how ours looked. Still some great workers there as well though.

Unprofessional place. They have employees smoke weed outside the drive through window beside the door. Have seen twice and reported to the business owner. Also half the time nothing is ready. Wouldnt recommend going ill just drive to covington or Jackson. People seem like dont want to work. Asked what they had ready got told let me check and walked to back talking to people and did not come back so I just left if couldn’t get my order or something that was already made. Very irritating experiences here

Buyer beware. I ordered through the little Caesars app three times each time our order being “ given to the wrong driver” and then canceled. This is always at least 45-60 min after the delivery time. They won’t answer their phone. Horrible and shady while we are left starving.

We ordered our pizzas almost 45 minutes ago and they still are not ready, I was told “We just started them”. When we walked in to try and pick up our pizzas we stood at the counter for 5 or more minutes before we were even acknowledged. The guy that came out said “we only have 2 people working today and we had to do a big order sorry” I don’t know why I continue to feed money into this sorry excuse of an establishment, it’s the same story over and over. At least this time the staff was not rude. Really wish they would have proper staff and a manager that is actually worth a damn.
