This is just absolutely disgusting.
I’m not even joking with you on how this area really based around MEXIA TEXAS MCDONALD’S WILL NOT BE MY GO TO MCDONALD’S
I have already reviewed this place once about it’s cleaning policy before I saw bugs near the darn drink bar.. It’s practically ridiculous on how everyone is busy for everyone outside the restaurant but really don’t be giving our orders some attention??! Likee.. McDonald’s gotta do a little better here not gonna lie.. (Also got a order wrong for asking no onions, then having a burger load of onions )

I would have given less, but that wasnt an option. Was told to pull next to the trash can after I paid for my food. I then proceeded to watch the entire drive through empty behind me. At least 6 people. Then when I did get my food, I was missing sauce and the food was cold. I have been to a lot of McDonald’s and this one is by far the worst one. Rude employees that dont care about making sure your order is right and cold food. Would not recommend going here.

I ordered food and 2 smoothies. The young lady gave me my food and one smoothie and asked me to move up and she would bring it out. After about 10 min I went I side to see about it and she was coming out I asked about my smoothie and she told me she was off and I needed to ask at the counter. When I did no one had any idea and made it at that time. If I had not gone in, I would have been sitting there forever for nothing. Very unhappy about the unseriousness of young people and customer service.

I am not sure about the food quality but there is this one lady that always works nights I always see her cleaning something when I come by I’m a regular I could say but props to this girl because she is always cleaning and giving out orders and who knows what else she’s doing in there ! Wow honestly I would contact her to clean my place because I cannot do it. Props to her!

Always forgetting sauces. Last time I asked as the bag was being handed to me (are the sauces in here) they said yes, also everything just seems tossed into the bag and slapped together. Pull over just to realize that was wrong. I know it’s not the best job in the world but to treat it like it’s the worst doesn’t help. Pride in your work. Seems to be a thing of the past.
