Couldn’t understand what she said at first. Gave me wrong order, I order #1 and #5 only gave me sandwhich had to drive around just to order fries. However they did charge me just for sandwiches. Wanted receipt but didn’t give it to me. Wanted hamburger with no onions she asked if allergic and recommended not to get it due to cross contamination so that was good.

So, I’ve lived here in Killeen on and off over the past 15 years and just recently moved back. I placed a mobile order on the app and went to pick up my order through the drive thru. When they asked me for my order number the person on the other end was very polite and courteous. Then I drove up to the first window and the young gentleman was also very polite and courteous. it was such a surprise at a McDonalds in Killeen. When I was given my food by a young lady, she was also very nice and told me to have a great night with a smile! I’m very impressed and really appreciated it. The food was fast, hot and very good! Great Job!!

Be careful asking for anything fresh around 3pm-11pm, they won’t do it and will spit in your food for asking. Don’t even make no sense. Which is illegal and about to put one of them in jail for. Fast food is a joke when you have trifling people like this. Go to hell.

I like this location and the staff are very nice . But the only problem I’ve seen is that when it’s time to order inside and everyone is busy in the kitchen : It would be nice if I hear , “I’ll be with you shortly . But away from that they’ve been great and friendly.

I understand it’s busy. I understand you probably don’t love the job but come on. I got 6 burnt cookies with my order they are hard as rocks and the sandwiches were thrown together in a mess. We pay money for food and don’t like to waste money and by we I mean the customers. This is ridiculous. Never had a problem with the daytime crew. Always something on evening/night shift.

All I wanted was a mcchicken and a coffee and I couldn’t even get that on time. First the lady took forever to greet me keep in mind there’s one guy in front of me already upset. I asked for a frappe and I could’ve get it cause they were cleaning it now I feel like it was her job to say how long or if they are currently cleaning cause I can see the back room and they were laughing playing cursing and not in a rush for nothing.so I asked can I get any coffee she told me an iced…I didn’t know I had to ask for sugar and actual flavor I guess it’s my fault for not making sure but I feel like she should’ve asked…I sat there and waiting for 10 -15 minutes watching everyone laugh joke and get nothing done well at least for me and the guy in front and there was a lot of people in there…they didn’t get the guys order right and the lady tried to charge me for the frapp I didn’t even get…it was a unprofessional environment and this place needs to be looked at. There should not be people sagging and swearing when all I need is a coffee it shouldn’t take 10 15 min for a coffee by that time I should’ve been able to get my frappe. Never want to go here again maybe if there’s differnt workers.

I went to breakfast this morning at 10:35 and as I approached the window and asked to place an order; the lady proceeds to say breakfast is over. I looked up when mcdonald’s breakfast ends before I came here so I wouldn’t waste my time and it clearly says 11AM! I then proceeded to say “I thought breakfast ended at 11AM.” but before I could finish my sentence she rudely interrupted me and just says “10:30AM”. I have had a lot of iffy experiences with the service here at this harker heights mcdonald’s but today was for sure the icing on the cake for their unprofessional, careless, horrendous service.

So here it is about 11 something at night, I order a double qp meal and a 10 PC chicken nugget meal. Pull around to the second window pay get the drinks then food i start pulling off, as I’m doing that I checked through the bag and I’m missing a fry so get behind the car that was behind me I told them Im missing a fry she asked for my receipt said there is no fry on there. I then told her it’s a meal and got charged meal price for both. She goes and gets a fry and hands it to me. Now I’m feeling better, get home sit down to eat open my double qp and I ll be dang I only have a top bun and no bottom bun!!! How do yall miss a whole bottom bun. That’s crazy!!! Food always trash only reason I went tonight is it was late and I was mad hungry ( not high or drunk either) just saying. Just for me to eat i would have had to drive further to go jack in the box. Never again I ll make that drive next time!!!
