Wow this is one of the cleanest and friendliest McDonalds I have been In years. The staff was pleasant as ask could they take our order. This is rare these days they usually look at you and you have to place your own order at the kiosk. I had to take the time to write a review.

Stopped here on a road trip. The area is sketch but this location is clean and everyone is friendly. Visited at 7am and online says they open at 7 but there were people inside eating so we ate in. So modern inside, clean and they have the kiosks which I prefer. The bathrooms were the only thing not super clean. The toilets needed scrubbing and the sinks were dirty but there was no trash on the floors like some so that was a plus. Didn’t smell disgusting so also a plus. Breakfast was 10/10 fresh and hot. They had a kid’s entertainment area and booth tables with lights. I enjoy it myself haha

We ordered 3 chicken nugget kids meals with ranch and 2 meals and added honey mustard. No one comes to the first window after the payment window so we move to the second window. Still no one shows. So we pull around to the parking lot and go in and she gives attitude telling us we went to the wrong window. We’ll yeah we went to both and just sat there. We bring our food out and give the kids their happy meals and I look in the bag, no honey mustard. Husband goes back in and she gives honey mustard. Kids open their meals only one ranch in one. So my daughter goes to ask for ranch and she tells her we have to pay. We already did! Shes counting money at the register and needs more bills and left the money next to the register and goes and starts making food!!! The whole till! I couldn’t believe it. Not coming back.

The man at the first window this morning was so nice. To the second window lady with all the makeu, when someone says good morning and thank you its not hard to respond with your welcome or sure or even a uhh huh would work don’t just ignore people.

I keep saying it. Rude employees, they ignore you , are discourtious , if they mess up they blame you. Lazy and do the bare minimum, all locations , I keep checking them frequently to see if any changes have been made …. never any changes. Then they respond to go to thier website to resolve the issue , then they call you act like there going to do something about it then bribe you off w a free item coupon . I dont know many businesses that can operate this way …. most people just put up w it for(what used to be cheap food) is now same price as a sit down restaurant…. might be something to the allegations that they put something addictive in the food …. time will tell.

Showed them my receipt, and what the app told me to do. They even found my order under my name. Tell me to pull up. Then tell me I have to pull into a # spot. That they cant give me my food untill I get to the # spot. I tell them it won’t let me amd SHOW them what the APP says. She tells me they will refund my money, it will take like 24 hours. How can you find my order under my name, look at the order # it gave me on the app, see what the app tells me to do, and then not be able to hand me my food?

Order the same meal once a week for my grandson. Which is allergic to cheese. It seems like every time I go I leave and walk away with cheese. Not only cheese but mayo extra ketchup pickles but everything but not cheese. I don’t live close to this McDonald’s and I have driven away several times. Have I been offered any compensation. no. I spend my money here at least four times a week.
