McDonald’s has gone downhill over the years, the sizes and quality of their products Where was the first to go? One thing I enjoyed or was their app and the rewards and deals now that has gone to the crapper as well. If you noticed, they don’t really have any deals anymore within the two dollar fry or a discount on delivering and now they found a way to screw you out of your points as well. This is the third time I’ve had an issue with my points. I updated the app and lost nearly 6000 points. I emailed their customer care unit. I may responded with two emails that had nothing at all to do with what I was even complaining about the last email concerning about missing points. I was referencing in order that I was charged wrong for. I’m not sure if they’re just not reading the emails or if they mix me up with someone else, but this is not the first time that I have been emailed back with something that did not pertain to anything I was asking for help with there are a lot of other restaurants and with our town growing a lot more options not to mention if you try to go through drive-through with their extended hours, you’re gonna be sitting there for at least 30 minutes

Ordered large fried and waited where they told me to. 20minutes. I go jnside to get my order. They argue back and forth. Said my receipt is from20minutes ago trying to insinuate its been fulfilled. Then they start looking for who to blame. Made me wait to get the fries as I see other fry orders go out. Hand it to me without a word. No apology. Horrendous service.

I’m not a frequent visitor but I can say the value was good as expected. The service was fast and the food was fresh. Best place to get access to when you’re traveling, love the soft drinks (you get the best quality in taste), and the pricing for the food is always reasonable.

Bruce or Brody. Whatever his name was, and the girl who helped us before he stepped in. We’re so rude and disrespectful! Now we’re all here with some upset stomachs and vomit, because we asked for the correct order. Who knows what they did to it, whenever I asked for the correct order he got mad and came back with dirty food we noticed within minutes.

McDonald’s good past food but forgot to give us the second fries on our two meals orders. Good thing I saw it before we left the driveway and ask for another fries . They ask our reciept and finally gave it to us. I still give five stars even though with a little mistakes.

I don’t know how many times I go to this specific McDonald’s and they somehow always mess up my order, it’s not hard to read a receipt and put what on it in the bag. I specifically asked if my order is correct and she said “I think so” wdym “I think so” it’s a yes or no answer. When I called, it was the manager……. You’re telling me employees act like that even with management there… sad. I swear these places just stopped training.

This is stupid. You can’t even call the restaurant when you’re missing food cause no one picks up. We placed an order online and these people didn’t put any Fries that were ordered in the bag. How do you forget something that is obviously included. This is ridiculous and horrible service. They didn’t follow anything on the list that they charged extra for. They are always forgetting something.

Thank you for the great service at the McDs in Sanger. The drive thru team rocks. Brody gets 5 stars too bc last time I went in there ,I forgot my iPhone and he found it for me. I appreciated that so much.

Every time I come through there and order something they are always leaving something out. Then you can’t reach them. Yes I check my bag before I leave however when I send the kids to pick it up and they get back here items missing. No the kids are not eating it before it gets here. Do better please
