Overall had a good lunch experience. It was busy and do wish they had a staff member going around cleaning tables. The tables are on the small side and really don’t fit 4 adults with the lunch tray.

WASTE OF $$$ AND MY LUNCH BREAK!!!
I placed an order around 12:16 pm on the app for pick up at this location for 12:30 pm. I arrived at the restaurant at 12:25 pm and my order was not ready until after 12:51 pm. My steak/guacamole burrito was a mess and there was food smeared on the bag and the wrapper of the burrito. Its very upsetting that they couldn’t deliver on the time, food quality or a quality customer experience. The staff is very unwelcoming and SLOW. There was a long line of customers waiting for online orders. There was even one customer who was being intimidated by the manager because they were complaining about the long wait. I didn’t speak up because I didn’t want my food to be tampered with. This is by far THE WORST location with the WORST staff and AWFUL cleanliness. I AM WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM CORPORATE.

I visited the store at 350 Cincinnati Mills Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45240, on 2/1/26, to place a food order and had an extremely unpleasant experience with two employees. The male employee who first assisted me was unfriendly and dismissive — and to clarify, he was not the manager. When I pointed out that his customer service needed improvement, a young female employee began yelling at me in front of other customers.
I calmly asked her to stop yelling, but she continued and responded rudely, asking if I was going to order. This level of unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. After repeatedly requesting to speak with the manager, the manager finally stepped forward — having witnessed the entire interaction — and provided the store information when asked.
It’s concerning that this store continues to employ young, immature staff who clearly lack proper customer service training and professionalism. I expect management and corporate to take this incident seriously and ensure staff receive appropriate training and accountability.

Food was alright the biggest drawback here is the cleanliness. There needs to be more attention to keeping the restaurant clean. The service line looked like a kitchen sink with all the leftovers all over, drink station had no lids available unless you asked for them and trash cans full to the top. I know this place can get pretty busy but it needs more attention on being cleaner for customers.

Ordered online twice. No napkins. No fork. Very disapointing. 2nd order forgot to include guac in my burrito bowl which I clearly added. I will be raising this up with Chiptole corporate since no one at the store answers the telephone.

Very crowded but went through the line pretty fast. Friendly workers who were in sync this time around. The food was made good, looked good, and most importantly tasted so good. My husband and I were very pleased.

I ordered a quesadilla with cheese, chicken, & fajita vegetables with sour cream, mild tomato salsa, and guacamole as my side through the website. When I picked up my order, the label on the container was correct, but what was inside was not. It was a burrito bowl with rice, chicken, sour cream, and mild tomato salsa. Not what I ordered!!!!

It’s bad enough they’ve had multiple salmonella outbreaks. But, to be told by Jason Linger I can’t order current things, depending on the amount of customer when NO one is in the store, is crazy! Just for you to make it anyway. Ridiculous.
Other locations have no problem making my quesdilla. He even put a small amount of chicken in it. I should have canceled my order after he bagged it!!!

Placed used to have great service and good food. Now it’s a bunch of teens who can’t even take an order and the food isn’t cooked very well. Update, they’re all incompetent. And can make a simple burrito without giving attitude. Update 2021, they are still a trash location that cant get simple orders right. Paid 16 bucks for this salad that has none of the topping I asked for and very little lettuce. 5 bites and it was done. Seriously? This is criminal.
