Don’t even bother ordering through the app. Curbside will have you waiting for 30 minutes (no joke), if you go through the drive thru then they will still make you wait at the next window for another 20 minutes while they get the other cars. What is the point of ordering ahead through the app if you wait 3x as long as if you just went inside. The staff is rude and they almost always forget your sauce or menu items entirely.

It is worth the extra time sitting in traffic to go to the other McDonalds down 114. By far the worst McDonalds I’ve been to

Very courteous people. One lady with a big smile and welcomed us. After we have the food and eating at the table, she came by and made sure we are OK. They have these cute flowers on each table. Balloons are in different corners. The bathrooms are very clean. The staff are proud to work here, I can see that in their eyes.

Ordered bacon quarter pounder don’t get bacon. Ordered meals cashier was trying to charge for everything separately. The neglecting to give fries had to go back through drive thru.

This is my second time having Issues with this location. The way that food is packaged and sent out leads me to believe there’s improper food handling and sanitation happening.
None of the food I ordered had cheese on it, so why is there dried cheese on the outside and inside of my sandwich bag.? Not only that, this is not how I ordered this sandwich..

Where is my lettuce and tomato which I was charged for? Beyond that, even if I wanted to let that go, the disgusting presentation of the sandwich along with the overly salty cold french fries is enough for me to dispute this and get my money back. I rarely get McDonald’s, because it’s trash food, but Yuck.!!

For this to be a relatively new location, you guys need to start all over, new management and much better hiring and training for the staff

Driver for Uber. This location is in desperate need of training and management. Everytime I go here there is an issue. Went in to pick up the order, waited 10 minutes at the counter (with 3 other customers) no one ever came to acknowledge us. Not 1 employee. I got in my car and went to drive through where 2 cars were in front of me. Asked for the name of the order “oh you have to come inside for Uber”. Told the person I was just in there and no one came to help me. She told me “we are shorthanded tonight so you will just need to wait”. I asked how much longer it will be “I can’t tell you that, we we are working on other orders right now. You can wait or cancel the order”. There was 3 people in the restaurant and 2 in drive through. It wasn’t even busy! The staff here is out of control and the owner is losing hundreds of dollars a day. Great location, poorly trained staff. I don’t want anything for free. Just fix it.

When they first opened, it actually had fast good service. It has fallen tremendously since opening. Ordered curbside takeout, theyforgot a burger, had to go inside and get the missing item, waited 15 minutes and still no burger. They were busy fulfilling ubereats orders instead of helping a mistake on their end. I ended up waiting so long that I just got a refund.

Been coming to this mcdonalds its close to a job im working at first trip was alright but every trip since cold food. Cold hashbrowns, cold egg on my sandwich and the manager in the morning has got a major attitude , zero customer service , she even looked bothered after i had asked her for my receipt 3 times on my last trip it Makes me think shes doing something weird charging people. Mcdonalds needs to step in and check this franchise store quickly

Had an awful experience. I ordered a Big Mac meal and it came with zero Big Mac sauce—just slathered in mayo like that was a substitute. I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt since it’s a newer spot and has had some bad reviews, but this just confirmed everything. Completely unacceptable. This isn’t what a Big Mac is supposed to be, and McDonald’s continues to disappoint. Never again.

I’ve had it! Every time, it’s the same. No straws, no friggin napkins in the drive thru orders, cold stale fries and so much ketchup glopped on the burger that It oozes out all over the wrapping so it makes a mess in your car and no napkins to help! The people that were there when it first opened we’re wonderful, now we get this service! Get it together people!

Just ordered two simple sandwiches… a cheeseburger and a filet-o-fish sandwich. The cheeseburger was missing three of the 4 toppings… no onion, mustard or pickle. The fish sandwich was a mess… the cheese and filet was half off the bun and the sauce was on the other half. How hard can it be to include all toppings on cheeseburger and to stack 3 items (cheese, filet and tartar sauce) on top of each other between two pieces of bread. If this was a one time issue I would be writing this review. But this is common, and if you order more than just. Few items, it’s not uncommon, something is left out or the wrong items are given. When you raise it to their attention, they take on an attitude… No apology. Sad! Disappointed!
