We got four snack wrap meals 2 spicy and 2 ranch. And we waited 10/15 mins before we even paid/picked up our food at the same window. Yes we have a snow storm but if we waited 10/15 mins then we should have gotten fresh food but a dark over cooked hard piece of chicken of some type of chicken since you see it was cut of snack wraps; all looked like this! If you under handed maybe close for the day. Only went because my kids saw they was open after we went sledding.

Ok… hear me out… This McDonald’s is MILES above the one near my apartment. I come out of my way to come here because the coffee is always hot, my food is always hot, and everything meets my expectations. Three times in a row. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Absolutely the worst experience here yesterday. I ordered a chicken nugget meal and a $5 meal deal. I was greeted with “what do you want?” In a very rude tone. I politely told her my order, with a water. She said sorry we can’t serve water with the meals only soft drinks. Which I know is not true because every single time I ever go to McDonald’s, I always order water because I don’t drink soda. So I didn’t get a drink with my meals. Then I went up to the window to get my food and I asked her for some sauce and she said that it was $.40 per sauce. Then I asked her doesn’t sauce come with the chicken nugget meal? She said nope $.40 for each one. Then, we got our food. The burger patty was rock hard and the chicken nuggets were mushy. It was disgusting. My kids didn’t eat it, and they cried. Worst experience ever! Rude staff nasty food! Highly disappointed. If you don’t want to work at McDonald’s then don’t!

I went to McDonald’s expecting the bare minimum: chicken nuggets. Somehow, even that was too much to ask. They did not put my chicken nuggets in the bag at all, which is literally the entire reason I was there. I left, realized my food was missing, and had to come back and practically fight for my own food like I was asking for something unreasonable instead of an item I paid for.
And it somehow got worse. The food I did get was burnt—not “a little crispy,” not “well done,” but straight-up charcoal-adjacent. It tasted like it had been forgotten in the fryer while time itself passed.
On top of all that, they forgot my sauce too. After already coming back once, I then had to fight again just to get my sauce. Why is getting chicken nuggets and sauce at McDonald’s treated like a side quest?
This location manages to mess up one of the simplest menus on Earth. McDonald’s is supposed to be fast food, not a survival challenge where you have to return and argue for every item you ordered. I left hungry, annoyed, burnt-food–traumatized, and exhausted from having to defend my right to nuggets and sauce.

On my last previous visits I have gotten either an incorrect item or have a missing item. Today I had an incorrect item. I tried to call the store multiple times to inform them, but no one answered. I was forced to have to drive back to the store. At the store, the drive-through lady asked the manager Angelica if she was able to answer the phone because I was the one that kept calling. Angelica responded no then when asked if she was able to answer she responds she doesn’t want to. After about 10 Minutes of waiting in the lobby, I was finally able to wave someone down to ask for help. I then explained to them how I have an incorrect item. They were able to remake my item correctly. It’s very upsetting to hear the reason why the restaurant didn’t answer my call is because they chose not to.

The absolute worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had. Rude staff. Incompetent & then roll their eyes when they messed up the order. Literally argued with me on what I ordered before paying at the window. Meanwhile.. I used the ap & even applied a reward . On top of all of that.. not one monopoly piece despite all items being physical monopoly items… absolutely the cherry on the top is when I asked for ketchup and she basically dropped them while passing to me in the rudest way possible.

No napkins to be found anywhere. Hand sanitizer was empty. No one greets you at the service counter and you wait forever if you need something. Place needs a good scrub especially the kids area.

This is by far the worst location that I ever experienced. That too busy with orders at the front and pays no attention to the kiosk. Terrible experience,I definitely would not be returning for the wait time alone.

This place needs to be shut down. They are being rude left and right. They are getting orders wrong left and right. It is almost non stop that they forget to add a straw or forget to remove something for your burger that you customized. The supervisor is probably at fault for doing nothing as well. If you really want your food right the first time and a nice greeting then i highly suggest a different McDonald’s.

I brought my daughter and her friend here at 8pm on a Friday night so they could eat and play in the PlayPlace. There was one employee, Alysha, that really stood out. She was so friendly to me and my girls, and she never stopped moving. She was constantly cleaning and restocking the lobby when she wasn’t serving customers. You can tell she really cares about her job and the customers. It’s so refreshing to have this experience at McDonald’s, we could use more Alysha’s in this world!
