Reposting this review from last week, as somehow my original review from 1/2/2026 has disappeared. I’m generally a fan of McDonald’s for a quick snack. Today I visited this location and ordered a hamburger with no ketchup and a small fry. I should have checked the order before leaving the drive‑thru, because the hamburger was missing all the usual condiments—no mustard, pickles, or onions. Instead, it had only ketchup.
I was disappointed in the employees who lack the attention to detail. Thankfully I’m not allergic to ketchup, but I truly dislike it on a burger. The next time I am in the area, I will choose other food options, and not this location. Really hope they can get their act together.

I frequent this location because of location is convenient to my commute. But repeatedly I am asked to pull ahead to a waiting area for basic breakfast items. Letting the window crew know when I am in an oversize vehicle and their awkwardly placed and tight lot/waiting area proves to be a difficult task or even being asked to move and waiting significant time for a mcmuffin is BS. These items should ne hot and ready.. Fast food is a luxury these days and then management wants to argue with you about their window times. I was really hesitant to post this review as I don’t want to complain about the service itself, the window staff is not at fault. It’s a management issue. But it’s ridiculous to put that pressure on them, and then inconvenience customers especially in this economy and for an over price “luxury item”

If I could give a zero I would! Don’t answer the phone and never make the food correct. It’s said when you need to have something removed due to an allergy and they take that and remove everything and give you your item plain. Not what I asked for! So disappointed because this happens quite often here so stopped ordering. Tried giving them another chance and nope that’s the last time.

Wish I could place a 0 start review. Never had any problems with this location until today. Started with the drive thru. Asked the cashier to correct the order 3 times and it was like she wasn’t hearing me. Then pulled up to the window, paid for the order as she stated it was corrected, upon receiving the receipt, it was still wrong. Spoke with the manager, and then got everything corrected and paid the difference. Upon arriving home, take the first bite and get a piece of long hair. At this point my time is worth more than going back for a $6 refund. Just very disappointed with the overall experience today, and this type of service is extremely unacceptable. Just be careful when going here and make sure to check your food before consuming.

Pulled into the drive thru after 9:30-10 pm on a Friday night, my kids wanted happy meals, and no response or acknowledgment that asked us to wait. We waited 10-15 minutes at the drive thru…at which point we drove to the pay window and saw the workers filming tik tok videos. No one was manning the windows and I went in I asked the cashier if the drive thru was closed she said no and looked puzzled. A short second later someone was talking about their tik tok and the cashier said that’s him filming tik toks…needless to say the manager can’t control his crew, and his workers aren’t performing their job duties. People were waiting on their orders and it was about 25 minutes later and I walked in the store and they were just getting their order. Calling regional Monday. The manager said “Ricky, I told you”. Too little too late. Skip this spot not worth the frustrat

Horrible. Awful. Avoid this place at all cost. Literally, go down the street and give your service to any of the other places and avoid this place. Rude employees that do not understand their own policies. They cannot count to 10, cannot read a screen telling then what drink to give. They do not honor their mobile promotion codes. Ordered a 10 piece meal along with a unsweetened tea and a free fry with a dollar purchase. Was told that they only.csn give one fry at a time which makes 0 sense. Got home, only 9 chicken nuggets in the box, the tea was a sweet tea. These employees need to be trained better. I will NEVER spend another cent at this locstion. You couldn’t pay me to return.

To the crew working at 8:00pm (drive threw window and manager) I am beyond frustrated with this place. I waited SO long for my food, only to find out they NEVER even started making it. Are you kidding me? Then when they finally decided to make it, they still got my order wrong! The staff didn’t apologize, didn’t seem to care at all — just acted like it was no big deal. The customer service was horrible, the attitude was even worse, and the whole experience was just a mess. Honestly, this was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
